It doesn’t really provide much coverage. I typically use the Tresemme spray and wanted to give this a chance. I will definitely go back to Tresemme as it works much better.

But instead of “Gray Away,” it was more like “Brown All Over.” The medium brown shade came out looking like I dunked my head in espresso, and as a bonus, it rubbed off on everything — hands, pillowcases, probably even innocent bystanders if they got too close. Honestly, it felt less like a root cover-up and more like a moody, tinted dry shampoo with commitment issues. Gray? Sort of gone. Confidence? Also gone — and trust me, there are no pictures because no one needs to remember that. That said, this stuff would absolutely crush it as a Halloween hairspray. Want to be a witch with suspiciously crunchy hair? Nailed it. Vampire with dramatically dark roots? Perfect. Zombie with extra intense volume? Say no more. For everyday use? Meh. For spooky season? Five stars — would haunt again.

It works very well. Dislike wish it had more in the can.

It covers grays really well . The only downside it doesn’t last that long if you need a lot of areas covered .

It matches a couple of shades of black including blue black and black black. It is very easy to apply and combs right in. Since I am able to use this for multiple products it is great value for the money. It also lasts for quite sometime and on my wigs it stays until I wash it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a huge fan of this product. Although it did cover my gray hairs it left a residue that was heavy and made my hair feel dirty. It did take a couple washes to get this out .The shade match was good and has a very subtle scent. It was very easy to apply and once it dried it had very little transfer.

After applying it left my hair feeling like I literally applied a spray paint on it. My hair got very tangled and dry at the area I applied it. After a day I was still getting residue of the cover up on my fingers every time I would move my hair. It really depends how desperate you’re to cover up your grays. Not for me.
