Fellowes® Spectra™ 95 Laminator with Pouch Starter Kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Spectra 95 is a wonderful addition to my classroom. It has been easy to use and the setup was quick.

After dealing with a laminator that would put lines across my page as it went through or warped on the way out. This laminator is doing the job. It is still new so I will see how the test of time goes, but I think with proper maintenance and care it should last for some time. Happy to have a jam release, haven't used that function yet. I was worried that the opening wasn't wide enough but again no issues so far.

We have used for a few days and working well.Compact,durable,easy to use.

This has got to be the easiest laminator I've used in many, many years. It's fantastic! You just turn it on, wait for the green light, feed the pouch into the front slot and voila... your done. Could not be easier. And, the laminated sheet does not bubble or wave. I leave it flat on a tabletop until its completely cooled (which doesn't take long at all). I would definitely recommend this laminator to anyone looking for a good product at a fair price. I'm extremely satisfied and glad I bought the Spectra 95 model. No need to buy an expensive one because this one is priced well and works GREAT.

my seond Fellowes laminator, my previous one was over 15 years old. had no problem so decided I would try a second one. simple to use, very pleased with it.

9 months after my original purchase, thanks to a move to another state, I finally got to try out my Spectra 95 Fellowes Laminator. My girls do a lot of art work and I was looking for a way to perserve some of their paper art. I started with an oil crayon picture of a sunflower my youngest created at a local arts center class. The laminator did an excellent job and I don't have to worry about the oil crayon work getting warm and coming off on other surfaces.

I read various website and reviews for laminators and decided to give this a try as my first laminator purchase. The main purpose of my purchase is to make some DYI education board games, flash cards or printed documents etc for my young kids at home and sometimes for photo laminating. It looks cute and works great for a while at the very beginning, until I start laminating some handmade pages with holes. I was trying to make a book similar to go away the big green monster that it is half of A4 page with some holes in the page. The laminating results are just nightmare... big bubbles, or only edge is laminated but the center of the page itself does not. I originally thought maybe it is not hot enough when I put the pouch in so I tried to laminating the page again, but it just make it even worse. I don’t know if it is a design issue or just a defect of the particular product I bought but really frustrated with the results. Since then laminating big pages never get perfect results Eg the edge of the page has about 5mm frosty where before it is almost 1mm and invisible etc. Now I only use it to laminating small stuff like flash card and board game pieces etc, or a complete A4 size document. This is a very simple little piece of equipment. I've never owned a laminator before and I was able to figure it out quickly. Now my wife can laminate at will and keep herself organized, and she loves it! Honestly it seems a little slow at first, but it really doesn't take that long, like a half minute to laminate a letter size document. It's reliable as long as you feed it in straight. I only wish it had some sort of guide on the inside to control how straight the document is going in. You have to eyeball it.

I needed an inexpensive laminator to make crafts and signage for my church. This little machine does exactly what I need it to. And, having purchased it just before the pandemic hit, I had no idea how useful it would become. We have been able to create small gifts for stay-at-home parishioners which can be easily sanitized prior to giving.

This laminator has been great for our small office. I am the primary user of it. We've had it for about two and a half years and it has held up great. Only in the past week, it has started making a little noise during use. I'm not sure if there's a way I can try and look if anything is caught in it.

Needed a laminator to do odds and ends jobs in the office. It is literally plug and use. At first I thought the little green "READY" light wasn't working, but you have to look straight on it to see it properly. Otherwise no issues.

This laminator doesn’t jam. It very quiet and quick. Doesn’t overheat. Heats up quickly for use. Small and compact to store away. Has the starter set so you get pouches with the laminator, ready to laminate! Instructions are pretty straight forward. Don’t have any issues and I ran this laminator for 3 hours straight laminating 700 Cards Against Humanity cards consecutively.

As a career educator, I had many papers, posters, maps, and charts laminated in the school library on a professional laminating machine. The Spectra 95 by Fellowes which I just recently purchased has performed even better than what I have been used to. Thank you!

I laminate a lot for work and (over the years) but this is the first laminator I've purchased for my office. It is absolutely great! It is easy to use, light and no fuss functionality. I love office supplies and getting creative so I can see myself using this for years to come.

If you want a user friendly, safe laminator this is the one for you.

I used this machine for the first time, and it stopped heating up after laminating 2 sheets! Luckily, I received excellent customer service from Reyna, and I will be receiving a replacement machine.
