A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about the Garmin vivoactive 6 The Garmin vivoactive 6 does not have a built-in microphone or speaker. Notifications Only: The watch will notify you that a call is coming in by displaying the caller's name or number. Accept or Decline: You can choose to accept or decline the call from the watch, but to actually talk to the person, you must use your connected smartphone. Text Replies: On a connected Android phone, you can decline a call and send a pre-written text message reply from the watch. This feature is not available for iPhones. The Garmin vivoactive 6 does let you download music from YouTube Music. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day between 7 am and 11 pm CST.

Excellent watch. I purchased it for my wife who wanted to replace her aging fitbit. Having switched to a Garmin instinct myself, and loving it, she wanted to try Garmin. She loves the watch and it has exceed her expectations. Great size and comfort, along with packed features and great battery life!

Great Smart Watch!
I made the switch from an iwatch because I wanted a round faced watch. The Garmin vivoactive 6 does almost everything the iwatch did. Since I have an iphone I cannot respond to a text or answer a phone call from the Garmin, but that is not a deal breaker for me. I almost always have the phone near by so it isn't a big deal to grab the phone and answer. I love the graphics and ease of use. I am not a big exerciser, but I do like to track my walks and bike rides. I can still interface the into with Strava so my friends can see my progress. You can also customize the face and what you want to see on the watch face. I love the green color, too. I highly recommend the Garmin Vivoactive 6!

Great Wearable Fitness Tracker
Garmin products are the best. I use this for my daily runs and workouts. It tracks everything. Another nice product from Garmin. I have used other brands and nothing matches the Garmin . I like that I can wear this one on my runs and out casually. It works for both scenarios. It tracks mileage accurately . My advice would be decide how you want to use your wearable and select one of Garmins devices that fits you best.

I have had a number of fitness tracking watches over the years, and the Garmin vivoactive 6 is fantastic. Why? Battery life. The Garmin simply last (by comparison to others) forever. A full week is not unusual. The watch offers great data, a slim profile, and spectacular Battery life

Easiest transition
Transitioning from Apple Watch to garmin was flawless. I love all of the features and lets me see my runs and work outs so much clearer and accurate. Screen is bright and perfect size for my small wrist.

Not as good as fitbit charge 6 for health features
I bought this vivactive 6 a few weeks ago. Features all don't work such as breathing rate. You must chose walking in order to record activity. Gym equipment such as stair stepper or treadmill are not options. Phone texts alerts are great.

Not as useful as I had hoped
After 2 weeks of use I’ve found it to be no more useful than my iPhone for tracking activity. The sleep score is ok but not as sensitive or insightful as I had hoped . The interface takes a lot to interpret. The swimming function is useless because the watchface doest’t respond when my fingers are colder. If you don’t have a smart phone then this might be a useful tool

Best Fitness Watch
I’ve tried many fitness watches and this one is the best. Easy interface. Pairs well for music. Great battery life. The only issue now is durability, which I guess time will tell. But for now, great value.

Full featured and robust
The watch itself is amazing with more features than expected. Touch screen is bright and easy to work with and the buttons are responsive, crisp, and reliable. App integration was a little clunky at first but you have to follow Garmins troubleshooting tips to get through it. The band and clasp mechanism feels kinda cheap but l imagine that is due to the lightweight plastic materials to save weight. It hasn't failed yet and that watch was taken to a depth of over 30ft by accident when scuba diving. Still works great.

Love this to help me stick to my goals!
I’ve had the vivoactive 6 for about a month now and I love it. The look of it is simple and goes with most clothing! It holds a charge for about a week with regular use. The sleep tracking is fairly accurate and it has pushed me to reach my step and fitness goals. Overall, happy with my decision to buy!

I have a vivoactive 4. It was time retire it. I now have the vivoactive 6. It has been a smooth transition. I love it! I love anything Garmin. One suggestion I have..screen protectors included would be a phenomenal addition when buying a watch.

About a month in and so far so good. The touch screen is excellent, sleep tracking is much better. The only downside (and this may be a user error) is that golf doesn’t seem to track steps, but the golf functionality is much better than the VivoActive 4. Battery life is really solid.

Another great product from Garmin
My partner has been using this watch for a few weeks now and it has been awesome! They are an extremely active person just like myself and so we are always putting them to the test. Its a bit less rugged so I would keep this recommendation towards work that isn't going to be physically harsh on the device or towards people looking for a more stylish smart watch that is built for an active lifestyle. It has been a great watch so far and is easy enough to use. It looks really nice and does everything an active person would want it to do and more. The battery life is fantastic compared to apple, fitbit, or galaxy watches.
