GoFit Resist-a-Bar Workout Bar

I really like using this bar with my resistance bands. It's a wide bar so it is able to accommodate different grips with ease. The bar itself is very sturdy and honestly I think you could use it as a weapon if someone were to break into your home. It's that sturdy.My only complaint is its weight. It's heavy for what it is. Not unbearable to use, but just takes some getting used to.

I love this bar. It's very sturdy and provides me with angles and hand placings I didn't have before. Bench presses and rows and squats are all better with this bar.

The bar is one piece which I feel good about. The grips are thicker than most and have a non-slip covering. They are very comfortable to use. This bar is worth the money.

EXCELLENT ADD-ON FOR SQUATS AND CURLS This bar works great to add resistance to your squats or to structure your bicep curls. The bearing at the ends allow the carabiners to swivel, which make the curls in particular a much better exercise than the door anchor version.

A lot studier and heavier (in a good way) than I expected. Pleased with the versatility of this item for different exercises. Can easily be used with any other brand of bands including regular long loop bands.

Solid bar, not a concern. 6 months of steady usage and no issues.

I think the item is awesome! I am a personal trainer and it has many uses and it is very sturdy.

I own this bar along with a ton of GoFit resistance tubes and accessories. It's a great alternative to the individual handles. I use it several times a week and load it up heavy with bands and have had no problems whatsoever. If I had any complaint at all it would only be me wishing that it was black and gray like the GoFit handles but that's just me being a baby. Get the bar, you won't regret it!

I bought this as an alternative to the X3 bar and it has not been disappointing. I have no idea what the resistance ratings are for this bar, but I have pushed 300+ chest press using large climbing carabiners and wide flat bands and am at the end of week 3 now. The bar very slightly flexes, but doesn't challenge confidence.The grips are wide grip which is great for grip strength, but may not be suitable for small hands? I have average man hands (wear large gloves) and they are perfect for me.Update: used for a year or so off and on. If you want to use over 300lbs of resistance, this is not the bar for you. Bearings started coming out of the sides and the end pieces became very loose. It still holds, but I did replace the bar. This bar is great for less resistance.

The pruduct was well made and made working out with resistance band more enjoyable.

In no way shape or form am I fitness guru, just an average joe working out at home. That said, I love this for the resistance bands. It is solid, sturdy and well built. There are lesser expensive options that will definitely get the job done, however I like the heavier duty feel to this bar. I also believe this is slightly wider than the bionic body bar which was the other one I was considering. This bar is also 1 piece which I like better as well. The grips are are very “grippy” and the bearings rotate smoothly with no hold ups. I wish it was slightly cheaper, however, I am still pleased with my purchase.

Outstanding product for your core workout inside an apartment or outside at the park.

Small enough to tuck into a corner when I'm not using my resistance bands, & large enough to handle all the exercises I'm doing with it. A lot heavier than I anticipated and that's a good thing.

Wow, very solid and sturdy. This is not a flimsy, light product, it is high quality and will last for years. Well worth the money.
