So far I like the coffee maker it works great makes a great cup of coffee. I’ve highly recommend it.

If I could give this product negative stars. Within less than 4 months it broke. This product is not a good choice in my opinion.

One has to lodge an underneath support otherwise boiling water will spill as it collects in the container

Spout does not pour properly. When carafe / pot is full of liquid and pouring slowly, the liquid drips down the side and bottom of the pot. This causes possible burning and a mess of liquid below the pouring area. Do not recommend this one.

Works really well for a small coffee maker. Keeps coffee hot for a long time. Doesn’t take up a lot of counter space.

There is a burning plastic type smell when initially cleaning the coffee machine. I thought it would go away. But it lingers as I've made a few pots of coffee now.

The lid of this product does not close properly. I made coffee and found it didn't close completely. I don't know what the problem is.

Suddenly ineffective after a little over six months of ownership. Out of nowhere where it will take 45-50 minutes to "brew" a pot of coffee. If I am lucky I will get almost three cups, I put in enough water for five cups. Highly disappointed in this product. I only bought this after accidentally tossing the basket to my Mr. Coffee maker that had been a reliable coffee maker for years.

Spills every time when trying to pour coffee into the cup. I'm not sure what happens, but there is an issue when using a paper filter, getting coffee grounds into the coffee itself and the machine. Constantly have to use my French press to remove the coffee grounds.

Spills every single time when pouring. The spout does nothing to break the surface tension. Was looking for a small desk side coffee maker at my office, but there’s just no way to pour a cup without a mess.

I've owned mostly small coffee makers in my life and this is the only one that deserves a review. It works properly and even lets you pause and pour without dripping all over the hot plate. It was a fluke that I bought it on a trip - my hotel didn't have a decent coffee maker, and for the price it was cheaper to buy this and some good coffee, rather than go out for it daily. I had thought about leaving it behind, but somehow squeezed it into my luggage, and I'm so glad I did.

Great for personal use but unfortunately it does spill every time when pouring.

I like that is small and it will fit in any space.
