⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Durability and Safety Concerns
I really wanted to love this Gourmia 9-Slice Digital Air Fryer Oven, but after only a few weeks of use, the buttons started rubbing off, making it hard to tell which function is which. For a product marketed as “digital” and high-quality, that’s extremely disappointing. Additionally, the French doors snap shut very quickly, and I’ve nearly caught my hands several times — it feels unsafe and poorly designed. It cooks well, but the build quality and design flaws make it hard to recommend. I’ve since contacted Gourmia directly about these issues and hope they address them in future models.

LOVE this multi use air-fryer/toaster oven/ect. The only few things I do not like is..... the doors don't stay open when putting food in. The pans are really hard to clean. All very manageable, so with that said, I LOVE this thing. There are so many different cooking options, it has replaced a few other appliances in my home. It is the perfect size for a countertop!

Hot and leas convenient
I had the Gourmia basket air fryer that was amazing . It didn't heat up the kitchen like an oven and I didn't need an oven kit to use and was so crispy. Wanted to try this style . There's a gap between the doors and all the heat poured out into the kitchen and I had to use an oven mitt, which defeated the purpose of the air fryer things I liked before . This is basically a hot oven on the counter . It wasn't even as fast as the basket air fryer and took up more space and was less crispy. Harder to clean too!

Avoid It
When it works, it does a nice job. But without warning it will give an error code of E001 and stop working. Sometimes unplugging it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Unreliable. It’s happening more and more often. I contacted Gourmia customer service and they will fix for a cost that would allow me to just buy a new one of a better brand. Disappointing! Took a chance on this brand and got burned—don’t do the same!

Overall good air fryer. Could use more quality on the buttons as the letrers fade away within months.
Overall, very good air fryer oven. Biggest pros are that it is pacious and powerful. What kept it from getting 5 stars are two things. 1. The letters on the buttons fade within months. I bought it in March, now I am in June guessing what button to press because the letters are invisible. 2. Double door design seems good but you can easily burn yourself when opening it. Hard to explain, but if you purchase, you’ll burn yourself probably once.

Dangerous air fryer / burn hazard
I think this is dangerous. The doors become extremely hot - and stay very hot. In my first use the French doors snapped back and hit my arm. It seems very touchy and unsafe.

I like the fact that the control knobs are on the side of the unit and not on top. Leaving more air space between top of unit and bottom of cabinet for air flow. Once you figure out how this unit works- it’s great! When it went on sale I bought a second one for our cottage. I dislike the one solid pan discolors so badly- it looks terrible. Also, the words have worn off the control knobs.

Fits 9x13 pans!
Fits disposable 9x13 pans! I’ve been searching for a convection oven that fits two 9x13 pans at a time. Much harder than you think! When I found this one, it wasn’t clear if I could fit a 9x13. It said in the description that it fits a 13” pizza, but in some of the Q&A it seemed people said it couldn’t fit. I decided just to buy it and try it out for myself. I was able to easily fit two 9x13 pans at a time and I’m so happy about it! The oven is so light and easy to store away when not in use. I’m not sure what people are saying about the handles getting too hot, I didn’t experience that. Overall, amazing find! And for such a great price!

I just burned my fingers opening the door after unplugging it for five minutes. I hate this item because it is very tinny and does not really follow the instructions well. Some recipes call for no preheating but there is no immediate start on the airfryer.
