No Good
Received as a shower gift. Six weeks after initial use swing has flashing blue lights of death. Contacted CS they won’t do anything as I don’t have receipt but of course I don’t it was a gift.

Awesome rocker

Life savior for my newborn
This swing is the only way we can put our newborn down. The vibrate feature is fantastic to calm him down and the swing has a lot of motion options to choose from. You can hear the swing running but I find it fades into the background and is quiet. the detachable top is an added bonus.

Makes a creaking noise
Purchased this because I had heard great things. It is nice that it plays music, has multiple movement options and doubles as a bouncer but my two complaints are that when it is moving it always makes a creaking/popping noise which is annoying. My other complaint is it doesn’t have the option or ability to just sway up and down. My daughter seems to like it on certain motion settings so won’t be returning mostly because we missed the window.

Okay for a bit
My son absolutely loves it, however he is only 11 weeks and it already won’t work. It turns on, but the lights flash blue. Very disappointed as this was his favorite thing.

Favorite swing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swing is the only swing any of my babies get calm in. Putting on the heartbeat sound and the figure 8 motion had them calm in minutes. I got this swing the first time when my oldest was born and used it for years. I had given that one to family for use because i thought i was done having babies, but i was blessed with one more and immediately bought this same exact swing!

Must have for new babies
Great for newborns and beyond . This literally saved us in the newborn stage it was the only way he would fall asleep . Has many different speeds and sounds. Easy to put together. Took out the new born insert and he still fits up to 7 months.

A couple of the motions are a little jerky, but that's okay because there's so many difference movements to choose from, we just don't use those couple until she gets a bit bigger. Also being able to remove the bouncer is amazing

Maybe it'll soothe, maybe it won't.
Sometimes it works for soothing, sometimes it doesn't. Could be the swing, could be my baby. Idk I'm a tired mama. I like that you can turn it around side to side or front or back. Also love the swing is removable
