Too many issues after 1 week
After less than a week of having it it’s squeaking terribly with every sway. It also glitches every so often jumping aggressively to the point of being dangerous. I’ve had to contact that customer service and they are giving me the run around. Also the buckles on the straps are cutting into our baby’s cheeks. Overall poor design on multiple specs.

It's okay
I really wanted to love the Mamaroo, but honestly, it just wasn’t worth it for us. My baby didn’t seem very interested in it, no matter which motion or setting I tried. It looks great and feels high-quality, but for the price, I expected it to be more of a game changer. She outgrew it so quickly that we barely got any use out of it. I know some babies love it, but for us it ended up being more of an expensive piece of baby gear that just took up space.

Like a rigid robot trying to rock you to sleep lol
I don’t think this swing feels natural enough to help soothe a baby. I have a friend who had the same experience. My baby had some fun in it as he got older, but it never was able to soothe him to sleep. It feels more like a roller coaster. He only enjoyed it for a few minutes at a time.

Sound ia different not white noise
The 4 moms bassinet had white noise as 5 options on the sound . For this one it was completely different and disappointing 5 weird rings / songs that baby hates

Overall Dissapointment.
Really not what I was expecting, this thing reminds me of one of those mall rides, the movement of the swing is somewhat smooth but the motions are more “amusement ride” than baby swing. Will be returning asap.

Nice swing. For the price point the speakers should be way better so thats disappointing. App is tricky to connect to at times. But, most of all the buttons are horrible. They are like touch sensor buttons. Had to return due to not powering on, no matter trying several outlets and pushing buttons hard. I even opened it up anticipating some type of blockage. Hopefully this new one is ok.

Disappointed
The movement of the swing is great. The mobile does not automatically move so unless I stand there and move it my baby doesn't stay interested. The app takes forever to load or never does at all. The Bluetooth we have only been able to connect to one time to play sounds. If they made the mobile automatic, had an app that worked, and you actually could play your own music this swing would be fantastic. Unfortunately as it is it not so great especially considering it's not cheap. Disappointed because the way the swing moves really is great. There's just nothing keeping baby interested. My baby likes this movement better than the other swing we have, but will not tolerate being in it longer than a few minutes because he gets bored so we have to stick to the other swing with the moving mobile, lights, and nature sounds that he likes.

Dont buy their products.
Their products have a lot of issues, in my opinion it’s sealing problem. Stuff will get in through the base where it slides and after a while (if you’re unlucky, it’ll happen sooner) you’ll turn it on set it in your desired setting but it’ll only run for 2 seconds then stop. You’ll be lucky if it’s dirty sensors or a worn band, but it can end up being anything, and you’ll have to dismantle it to find out. Feels cheap too. For the cost you expect better quality. Luckily it lasted us the entire infancy of my first child but for my second child it ran only a week and it was done, that’s when I tried to fix it and when I went only I was surprised to see all the complaints, YouTube videos of customers trying to save their product and ratings. Don’t buy it, see if someone gets it for you as a gift.

I don’t know the story or specifics about this swing, but can’t see how it anyway shape or form simulates rocking or swinging a baby it’s so trash for how expensive this is should be illegal to sell to people. Get the cheaper better swings got this one for my second child and it 100 percent doesn’t work but they know that.

Missing parts, jerky movements
Missing parts and random jerk movement when switching between movements. I bought today and when I opened and began putting together I initially realize that a part that I seen in videos, was easily able to slide was a struggle to slide into mine and then I realized as I kept putting it together. I was missing the strap parts for the swing and the baby toy. I ordered another and will be back to update on how that one works

Overall good but few design improvements possible
I believe below two points are design issues and not manufacturing defects (because i tested two units from different vendors and same issues persisted): 1) For 2nd pattern from left, x-axis motion doesn't scale according to the user defined speed while keep running at the highest speed. Only y-axis motion scale-up or down as per user defined speed for that pattern. 2) At slowest speed, if you move across the patterns, the carriers move to highest speed first (for a half-ish second) in the backend before realizing it need to adjust it self to the user defined speed. This creates abrupt change in the speed which was scary enough to make our baby girl cry for multiple times. This sudden jerk doesn't happen if you move across patterns in fastest speed setting, because it's switching back and forth between fastest speed and user defined speed which is also fastest speed. Because of above two issues, we're returning this product and looking for something better.

What is up with the button design?
We have been using our second Roo and it’s not as good as the first one. Why are the buttons so difficult to push? Why can’t your engineers make things easier? There is no screen just some strange depressed shapes that you must exert significant pressure on to operate. The functionality is the same as the older Roo with LCD screen but with more operating difficulty hence the two stars. And these things last about a year before failing.
