[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After only a few uses, the trimmer started vibrating really bad, and the trimmer head heats up to the point where it's hot to touch. The trimmer shuts off after 15-20 minutes of work even with a fully charged battery.

Love the option for changing rotation direction. The head sometimes doesn’t advance more string but it’s easy to pull more string by hand. Highly recommended at this price point.

This year I find myself missing the power and cutting ability of a gas-powered trimmer. I will most likely sell this and go back to a gas-powered trimmer.

It does what I expect it to do. I have yet to recharge the battery. I think this was a great buy for this farm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recent purchase - good reviews. Worked greet the first 4 times, but not i get heavy vibration and it turns off after 15 seconds. batter is full Charged just in case you ask. Call in for support

(EVERYONE!!!) I used mine 6 times then it started shutting down everytime it ran 2-10 seconds. I couldn't find anything online about fixing the problem so i tinkered with it awhile. Turns out the vibration loosens the screws where you hold it and messes with the safety trigger. After tightening them up it cuts non-stop. Hope this helps anyone with the same problem and frustration I've had with mine shutting off.

First it started stopping l, I switched batteries just to check and it kept stopping on the second battery to them just quit altogether and won't turn on. Now I have a half done yard and a brand new paperweight.

I am perturbed on how hard it was to know what line replacement to buy. I found no reference in the manual. No mention whether 0.080 titanium force line would work. It would also be nice if there were a blade cutter attachment available for the 320iL
