[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the comfort, coverage, and protection of this design. They’re extremely soft and fit true to size. The pad itself is a thicker pad which made me feel safer. The only downside was the sides wear down quickly throughout a typical day.

Comfortable Protection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Always Discreet Boutique Underwear in Black. When I opened the package to try them, I was worried that they wouldn't be comfortable. I put a pair on and was pleasantly surprised. They have a soft feel and are easy to pull on and off. Right out of the package you notice a slight floral scent which helps with any odor. The middle of the underwear has a very absorbent layer to capture any leaks. The only thing I didn't like was that the Underwear doesn't quite cover my behind. It tends to ride up a little. These are a great option for peace of mind when it comes to bladder leakage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Always Discreet Underwear for bedtime and for running errands. I had an accident one day driving home from imaging tests where I drank a lot of fluids beforehand and after. It was a long drive home so I put a pair on before leaving the appointment. I have a prolapsing bladder and can't hold it in and may not feel it coming. I wore them at bedtime because I can't always get to the bathroom in time. For both instances they'd work in a pinch. However, I don't think I can wear a pair out . I don't feel as though they would protect me from a full stream. I would wear them on long car trips though. It's better than changing an entire outfit or trying to urinate into a bottle. I'd recommend them. It just made me feel like everyone could tell I had a pair on. It depends on your clothing choice as well.

Zero- leak women’s underwear

I was pleasantly surprised how pretty these underwear are when pulling them out of the package! These underwear are supportive and very comfortable to wear. They feel almost like real underwear! I like how breathable these underwear are and how they protect you from having zero leaks! These Always underwear also feature a fabric like feel and come in a variety of different sizes. I also appreciate that there Always discreet underwear stay in place and do not bulk around. In addition, these underwear did not have any odor which I appreciate. Overall, I would highly recommend the Always Discreet Boutique zero leak underwear to others!

No leakage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may be an abnormal review, but here it is folks!!! Most women have these for urinary incontinence and that's why I have them. I have some unfriendly medical issues though that leaves me immunocompromised... so when I contracted a very severe case of the Norovirus that landed me in the hospital, these amazing briefs became my best friend. I had no extra clothes after a series of horrific accidents. I immediately turned to these briefs. Despite running a bit small and being a bit tight, they are wonderful. No matter how severe urinary or fecal incontinence, they're was ZERO leakage. They are also easy revive when soiled and you don't have to worry about smearing the mess. I also find that they are not noticeable at all under my pants and there is no noise like other adult briefs of this type it when we have to wear huge pads. These are wonderful and would tell anyone and everyone to have some on hand, but size up!

These pads fits me perfectly and is more than enough absorbent for my daily protection. They stay in place and don’t bunch up when I shift around. In conclusion, these pads are extremely reliable, high quality liners deserve five stars and I’d use this brand again.

The absorption is great for the tough days when bladder leakage just won’t stop but we’re going somewhere special and can’t risk it with simply pads. The super soft panty material feels like a luxury panty with stretchy side panels, a no bind waist band and extra ruching to keep them from gapping and drooping. Can’t tell what they are under clothes they fit so well. Tearable side seams mean you don’t have to step out of them to take them off. Super absorbant and leak free they really fit well and so thier job. The black color helps give them style and panache.

Comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised with these bladder control panties. They feel similar to underwear in terms of comfort and overall fit. The material is soft. They don’t feel bulky when you first put them on which I appreciate. That said if you were near the top end of the sizing on the package, I would personally size up, I think this would make them a little more comfortable. Well, they do reasonable normal underwear I would not wear them under tight fitting pants or leggings due to the seam on the side. I think you would be able to tell. Overall good for comfort and every day use especially if you prefer a more natural underwear feel.

Snug fit.no leaks no odor or having to constantly check. Discreet and you can wear them with normal outfits. Be mindful of sizing. The right size affects comfort and protection.
