JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

I have ha it 5 days and 1 earbud already went out. Bummer. Wasted money. At least 1 earbud works good!

Purchased end of August and as of Oct 1st the right ear bud no longer charges.

These worked initially and my husband enjoyed them. Light and easy. But now after two months and five days they don’t hold a charge. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that these were returnable only after thirty days. Thought target return policy was 90 and with a red card thirty extra days. These were inexpensive but still— I guess I can’t return and they no longer work. I’m bummed!

Great price, faulty product. When these connected, the sound quality was okay, although they offered what seemed like zero noise cancellation. However, they only connected to my iPhone 1 out of every 5 times I tried without having to troubleshoot, and even the troubleshooting the company recommends worked inconsistently. Sometimes I had to charge the case despite having decent charge left. Many times I had to go through the hassle of using the “forget this device” and repairing with my phone.

At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Extremely cheaply made. The right one doesn’t even work most of the time.

I like the earbuds but they came used which was not disclosed prior to purchasing. There was a blonde hair in the case when i opened it, which definitely grossed me out. I then began to read the directions and it said to tale stickers off earbuds which weren’t there; which made me realize these were a returned used item. The employees are always rude about returning products, when i have in the past. I now understand why because people take advantage, moral of the story is im more so disappointed that i paid the same amount for used earbuds as i would have for brand new ones, along with the gross hair and obviously when opening the case had been previously used. Im disappointed in target more so than the actual item it’s self.

In order to have my earbuds fixed after one of them stopped working, I had to send JLAB a video of me submerging my earbuds and the case in a glass of water to show proof of disposal. Getting this request from a company that claims to take sustainability and recycling seriously, really felt like greenwashing.

Comfortable fit but not great sound quality. Sounds tinny.

Right earbud speaker failed in about 2 months.

After loosing my beats which were about $350 I was so upset. But came across these. And I what the heck is the difference? Wish I got alot sooner! The built in charger is amazing! And literally rarely have to charge! Stays, sound is amazing and cancels out outside noise.
