3 example with the same problem. Sound in both buds ,but not in the same time.. Test with 2 other phones,no Blu Toth connection.

JLab stood by their 2 year warranty guarantee. Although I don't agree with the replacement warranty, all places do the same so they are just going by the standards. Nonetheless I will continue to purchase JLab products because I've tried many others and JLab is by far the best and are very reasonably priced!

I just rec'd my Go Air Sport True Wireless Earbuds. And they work great. First set of anyones earbuds that work as the mfg says they will. I only wear my left one because I am totally deaf in my right ear and these Buds are now my BEST BUDS ! Thank you JLab

Purchased ear buds first for myself and my sister. Great sound with buds but very difficult to get out of case and fix in ear. Have now received sport buds and they are fantastic. Great sound, easy to set in ear and love the ear hooks for yard work. Now have to replace my sister’s buds for the sport buds!

Easy to use. Sounds perfect in any type of environment. Very light to wear that you forget you have them on and they stay on whatever you do, I am no longer worried that would fall off my ears, thanks to the integrated hook. Always full power ( 8 hours/ earbud ) when you take them out of the case. I’ve had them for a week already. Use them when walking the dog.( At least one hour a day). I haven’t recharged the case yet. So with 32 hours available of charge they would last at least one month before recharging. Very very happy, finally, with my purchase.

Bought these today in-store. The functionality is interesting. No buttons, need the case for charging and pairing, and the charger is not a standard connection. You’ll need an adapter cord. It’s misleading when the box says USB connection. The sound is meh. The fit is comfortable for me so far, but I haven’t worn them long. I’ll probably be returning after my other pair comes in.

The left ear stopped working one week after using them. They both initally paired with my phone then after a week of use they unpaired with my phone then when I paired them only the right connected. I did everything the website says and the left never connected to the right or my phone. My dog ate the right one yesterday but i'm not buying Jlab again
