Guests are saying
The recent changes to the cocoa krispies recipe have left many guests disappointed, as they find the new flavor less appealing compared to the classic version. However, some guests still enjoy the nostalgic snap, crackle, and pop experience, especially when making rice krispie treats. The cereal remains a versatile option for breakfast or snacks, with some guests appreciating its chocolatey flavor and texture. Overall, it evokes fond memories for many, despite mixed feelings about the new formulation.

I thought they would be like Kellogg chocolate krispies and they were not. Different taste and harder than real ones. This says Kellogg but totally different. I’ll pay the small difference and get the regular ones.
The kids love it too

The recipe is different for the 23.3 oz “Choco Krispies”. Less sugar and a little more starchy texture. Not bad, but not what I’m used to.
Bad ingredients.

I used to love this cereal but now I’ve learned how bad hydrogenated oils are. I won’t be buying again. I thought they were made illegal a long time ago.

Horrible Shipping - 4 months ago, Verified purchaser
This review does not apply to the actual product, only the handling and shipping of the product. I am extremely disappointed with the care taken to package my order. EVERYTHING that was in any kind of plastic/cardboard container was damaged. The attached picture doesn't adequately reflect the bent, crushed, broken boxes. I store my merchandise neatly in the pantry and it is disappointng to receive any merchandise with such blatent regard to shipping and handling. I won't be ordered from Target in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gosh, these taste exactly the same as they did when I was a kid! You still get the snap, crackle, pop sounds when you pour milk over a bowl of Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Cereal. The only reason that they get 4/5 stars is that they still haven’t figured a way to keep the cereal from getting soggy so quickly. I do love the mild flavor of Rice Krispies as I’m not a fan of sugary cereals. I also made Rice Krispies treats with my kids using the box I received for my review and they were fabulous, just as I remembered as a kid. My kids loved putting sprinkles on top and I may have eaten an extra square when no one was looking!
Tasty and lightly sweet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Rice Krispie ceramic is my kids favourite breakfast cereals. The best thing they are not too sweet and when milk is added get mixed well and i can pair it with strawberries, blueberries and bananas. Sometimes they like to eat it as is and i can say its healthy breakfast for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cereal! They are tasty and nourishing, and I like the nutritional value. The flakes are small in size, the texture is crunchy, the packaging is very convenient - it keeps them fresh and looks very nice.
It could be better if it wasn't this

They're pretty artificial and meh-tasting. I think that most other real reviewers would agree. Unfortunately, Target's review space has been taken over by 5-star-loving influenster bots. Cool.

I recently had Rice Krispies (I don't usually eat cereal) using an older box that was sealed over a new one the wife had just bought. I enjoyed them for a few days and decided to open the new box! These are like chalk and cheese difference taste texture and what seems like a different look as well. 100% sure they have changed several things or 1 thing that has created several changes. They are like eating small pieces of cardboard in texture even after soaking in milk a while they hold up structure as previously they would go soft and gooey... I should have done an ingredient check box to box but the box wash thrown away before I realised. I have thrown the rest away as I didn't enjoy them at all. It will be money driven i'm sure as there is no health benefits in a cereal breakfast other than what they tell you (which is nonsense) so I shall go back to my protein breakfasts.. Why mess with something that isn't broken?
