This is our second Keurig and we love it!! Love the cup size option, brewing time and ease of cleaning etc. The only downfall is we miss the hinged lid on our last unit. With this one, to put water in you must remove the whole lid. All in all a great machine!!

We’ve had our old Keurig for maybe 7 years and it just stopped making the right size amt when chosen. We recently purchased this one and it makes the chosen size correctly. Hoping it will last longer than last one. My husband and I use it four to five times a day so it gets a workout but makes a good cup of coffee or cider. Love the metallic silver color this time around.

This is simply a "Suitable Replacement" for our previous Keurig. In my opinion, it does not out perform its predecessor in quality. Nevertheless, it meets the needs of our household.

My 3rd Keurig I was a little concerned at first because it wasn’t brewing for me. Two of the pods exploded, but I cleaned everything up and I tried again about the fifth try all of a sudden everything worked perfectly! No problem since then I love my coffee in the morning and I love my Keurig machine

The first Keurig I had was a gift given to me in 2011 and it was similar to the K-Elite. It lasted for years until I decided to buy a K Supreme coffee maker. I've gone through four of the K Supremes, two I purchased, and they each quit working after about one or two years. Two others were replacements Keurig sent to me because the one I had was still in warranty. Long story short, when my last K Supreme died on me, even though I liked its features, I decided to go back to the K Elite in the hope that it will have a longer life span. I also noticed that on the Keurig website, the K Elite has a higher rating than the K Supreme. FYI: My 2011 Keurig is still in use at my daughter in law's home.

We are really disappointed with this coffee maker. It does not compare to the 2.0 we became accustomed to over the course of the last five years. The water tank is too small, and the machine does not turn on automatically to brew our coffee.
