This was great at first but started to malfunction at around 9 months. It leaks water from more spots than the one where it drips coffee and won't close all the way. (See photo) I procrastinated and waited until after the 12 month mark warranty. The customer service lady said this happens all the time with this product. I'm grateful target was helpful but not able to reimburse.

I’ve had this Keurig for over 2 years and it works wonderfully. Make sure to clean it and descale it when needed and it will last a long time. This is my second keurig machine in the last 10 years and I find they are pretty reliable if maintained properly. I only replaced my first one to upgrade to this model. The ice coffee function is super convenient too, my daughter makes ice coffee on it regularly.

Put in 12oz, and you get 6. Kurig should tell customers this. I've had a few weeks. Other brews ok, but it's slow to make them. I've also noted a few coffee grounds in my cup.

The Brew Over Ice feature on your K-Iced Plus coffee maker is designed to account for ice melt, and will dispense half the volume of coffee (example: 12oz button dispenses 6oz of coffee) to give a final beverage size of 8, 10, or 12oz after ice melt. Same issue that others had. I used it maybe a total of 6 times within 4 months and the first time I attempted to use the iced coffee feature, it got extremely hot and burned out the thermostat. I reached out to Keurig directly and they essentially said tough luck. I also had the same issue of the coffee grounds falling into my drink and the water spilling inside the cup area. Of the 3 machines I have from them, this was the worst.

Not what I expected. I have had several Kuerig coffee makers and I don’t like this one at all. Tank is small and hard to get to and replace without turning the whole coffee machine around. Wish I had kept my old one.

Bought this Keurig, and it was used 3 times in the span of three months before it completely stopped working. I saw a video saying you can take it apart and reset the thermostat. Did this and now it is working again, not sure how long that will last though fingers crossed. It is very nice when it’s working.

Love the sleek design and over all look of the coffee maker , I bought it because it was on sale and even though I had my bigger earlier model of Keurig still working it was not the right color and size so I went with this new model , but the first con is that the water pressure is not very smooth and the fact that the screws are exposed im not sore I like that … but hopefully it’s last like my previous one !!!!

And they wouldn't honor the warranty because they said a UPC code on the Kohl's online receipt wasn't enough to prove that my friend bought one of their coffee makers (this one) for my birthday or bought it at all. Very sleazy. Do not purchase from Keurig. They will not honor your warranty.

On positive side it is lightweight , makes hot coffee very quickly. On negative side: I used to have Keurig brewer that made 3 holes in K-cup; this machine makes one and my first cup of tea, although hot enough, was weak as well as my first brew of coffee. I have not used the "iced" beverage button so cannot comment. I probably won't use that feature with coffee (not my fav) but may try it with tea.

Broke in 15 months. We’re not huge coffee drinkers so we used this like maybe twice a month? Would absolutely not recommend. Even though it was barely used, I cleaned this a few times which is also incredibly complicated. I had to look it up on YouTube to figure it out. Don’t buy this!

Keurigs are awful. They break all the time. This one broke after 42 days (shows descale required, but descale won't work). Keurig customer service is like talking to bad AI, repeatedly asking questions that make no sense.

Just bought this tonight and already going to return it. Coffee tasted burnt and watered down and I did the initial water run through it before a put a coffee pod in it.

Bought this coffee maker in December of 2021. It quit working last night. I love this for tea and I have used it a minimum of three times a day, every day. I am on my way to Target to buy a new one! Definitely worth the money, and it's on sale this week!!
