A: Pictures for this unit only show a "descale" LED on the top--no "Brew Size" buttons at all....Stephanie is right, not Keurig !!!
submitted byChristopher H - 2 months agoA: Fill the coffee cup you’d like to use, up to 12 ounces, with water and pour into the water reservoir. That is how you choice brew size on this model. Put your cup under the brewer and hit brew. Some have a button to push first for a slower/stronger brew.

A: from my experience with it, im not sure that what it brews is actually anything but very weak brown water. if you rinse it a couple of times its good for makimg hot water. sorry keurig.

A: Hello Tanya, the K-Mini Mate coffee maker is compatible with the Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Filter featuring MultiStream Technology. For proper installation with this model, please remove the adaptor from the base of the filter and also remove the pod holder from your brewer. We hope this information is helpful!

Small footprint but a bit messy
Overall, I would read this 4 1/2 stars, this is my first Keurig in many years, the old ones did not make good coffee, no matter what I did. I’m pleasantly surprised that the coffee comes out hot and fast. It’s also tiny, the small footprint is great for my kitchen. The main issue I’ve been having is finding compatible K cups. The only type that work without a mess are plastic cups. Trader Joe’s OG Colombian k cups make a huge mess, because they are mixed fiber and plastic cups, so the water doesn’t flow through properly. I primarily bought the machine to use with a stainless steel refillable K cup, but all of them leak. My impression is that Keurig designs these machines to be used exclusively with their plastic pods, just something to be aware of if you plan on using a refillable filter. The coffee tastes great though, just messier than I expected. A bit on the expensive side, I paid $70 but have seen them on sale for $50.

Love my Keurig
I love this brewer!!! It's very small and fits perfectly in the cabinet that I keep it in. I love that I can have a steaming hot cup of coffee in just a minute which is perfect for busy mornings and I got this in a blue color that can't be found anywhere else. AVOID this coffeemaker
Literally used it 2 days, 2x a day, and the third day I inserted a k cup and the machine stopped brewing and worse, when I opened the top, it was like the k cup exploded and burst out grounds. Did not work after that. AVOID this coffeemaker! All the small ones from Keurig are terrible and the other ones only lasted a year. I'm done with Keurig after these experiences.

Tiny is good but tiny can also be bad
Used a few times and so far I love it. I love the descaling reminder light too for future maintenance. It is so small that it takes up little space. It fits the standard Starbucks mugs I have just fine still, buuuut when I used a random pumpkin mug (where the top is smaller than its larger base), I did have to hold it at a slight angle while it was pouring to make sure it all got in the cup since it didn’t quite fit on its own. Just something to consider. Overall I like this little machine so far!!

Too heavy! Weighs over three pounds!
This coffee marker is heavier than advertised! It is listed as two pounds but it weighs in over three pounds once unboxed. It is impossible to confuse the weight. Target please fix this error. I specifically purchased this coffee maker BECAUSE it was listed as weighing two pounds. I wanted it for traveling so I could always have coffee in my room. Not all hotels provide coffee in your room and if they do, the coffee grounds typically are not the best. I am greatly disappointed in the weight. I am not sure if I will keep it.
