I had the original small Keurig which lasted 11+ years. This new mini takes up less space and works well. Although the green color is darker than depicted, it still looks good. I took off one star because it splatters and the cord is not retractable like it was on the original one.

I got the green one. It works amazing and especially how tiny it is. I have used it daily for over two months. some days 2-3 times but always once daily. I took it for my hotel for a month as well. Traveled with ease in a cute target back and my fave brand of coffee pods. It is far better than other Keurig minis, that really are t so mini anymore, compared to this. I knocked off one star because it does splash, making behind where the mug sits and the counter with some splashes. That is the only thing "wrong". It makes hot cuppa, it is fast and efficient. it's mega lightweight and all the colors are beautiful. Took fotos next to the previous mini that has failed randomly as well as with one of my big mugs and a common grocery item

This machine is absolutely perfect, its small enough that I was able to fit it on my desk without feeling like it is in the way. Great for a mini coffee bar set up. I love the color, it says "red" but its more of a deep muted orange, it matches the room its in!

It’s easy to use with a K-cup. I had to order a 2025 filter from Keurig that would fit for using my own ground coffee but that works fine too. My only complaint is that the coffee doesn’t come out very hot so I have to microwave it for 20 seconds which is annoying.

I was so excited to purchase this single cup streamlined Keurig coffee maker in the lovely green color. I had never purchased a Keurig becasue I hate those environmentally wasteful pods. But I saw the reusable filter and hoped that would be a good solution. The filter didn't fit so I tried the filter cups. It left a mess in the well and all of the coffee did not drip out. I think that Keurig should try harder to find a more environmentally thoughtful way to use their beautiful machines.

I loved this single serve Keurig. Bought it only for Cafe Express Chai Latte. Had the Keurig about 2 weeks when the liquid started coming out of the bottom of the machine instead of in the cup. Had insurance, but Allstate said it was still under warrenty so call Keurig. Then, had to go through trouble shooting with a representative, get a paper clip, read numbers, which were black on black on the bottom of the machine. Finally got the email to send picture of serial number and store receipt. After they receive those two things, they will mail me a new machine and then I will return old machine in the box that came with the new one. Must have gotten a lemon. Plan to try again, because my granddaughter and I love the Chai Latte. Wish me luck.

Bought this for my college dorm and it is the perfect compact size, but i purchased the reusable K cup that is supposed to be universal for all Keurig coffee makers and it doesn't fit! Very disappointing as it would be much easier to use a reusable cup rather than disposable k cups. It seems like a great product so I'm so confused and disappointed as to why it is not compatible with other Keurig products.
