So far, so good. I purchased the K mini Keurig Evergreen today in person. I love the color. It’s a bit brighter than what’s shown online. See my photo. I washed the water reservoir and ran one water rinse through the machine before brewing my first coffee. The coffee is hot and a good temperature for me. The water reservoir removes easily to wash. The size of the coffee machine is perfect for a small space. I’ve registered the machine for the one year warranty. I’m planning on maintaining the machine weekly by running a water rinse “brew” and washing the water reservoir. It’s recommended to use Keurig water filters every two months. I haven’t purchased those. And every three months the descaling solution is recommended. I purchased the descaling solution from Target with the coffee machine. There’s an expired $3.00 off coupon for Keurig descaling solution inside this coffee maker packaging. It expired 6/30/25. Or try code KEURIG3OFF on keurig.com. First Keurig mini clogged up after brewing only 10 cups of coffee. Replacement started brewing slowly and clogged after about 25 cups. I was able to clear the needle. Now I feel that I need to clean the needle and removable pod holder after almost every brew. And I am using Keurig brand pods. All of my other Keurig products have worked far better and rarely needed cleaning.

This coffee maker will only last a couple of uses, mere weeks. Leaks out the bottom, does not heat and shuts off every few drops of water. Keurig is fully aware of these defective issues in many units. Warranty returns over and over at consumers expense. Bad business.

Used this Keurig twice after receiving it and now it sounds like there is something wrong with the pump. It doesn't work at all. Need a way to return it and get a refund.

Imagine my disgust when I went to make a cup of coffee in the morning & it didn’t work! I tried calling the Keurig help # and I could only understand when the foreigner asked me for my information-any other words he said were incomprehensible. After me saying “I don’t understand what you are saying!” More than 5 times I hung up without being helped. There’s $100 down the drain. Don’t waste your money on Keurig.

Absolutely horrible. Works for a few weeks and then stops working. It sucks down the water, a little coffee comes out then it just turns off. I have bought 3 of these and they all did the same thing. I’m extremely frustrated bc I don’t want one that has a reservoir. Keurig do better!!!!!!

My Keurig Mini worked fine for about two weeks before it started making a strange noise and water coming out below where the cup sits. I contacted Keurig and after going through the troubleshooting, they replaced it promptly with a new one. It’s working well now. The trouble with the first Keurig is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.
