I’ve had this thing for 2 months and the thing is stuck in descale mode and takes 4/5 pods to make a full cup of coffee… I’ve descaled it 3 times… ran plain water through it 4 times and “reset” it twice. Garbage. I’ll never buy Keurig again

My mother has a 15-year -old Keurig that works great. The quality apparently has gone way downhill since then. The coffee is mediocre. A 16-oz travel mug does not fit even with drip tray removed and the reusable K cup sold at Target doesn't fit this brewer so unable to judge if fresh-ground coffee would give better results. This is going back to Target.

Bought this keurig machine and loved it until it was time to descale. After descaling the machine it wouldn't turn on and called CS for the warranty. They were very nice and sent me a new one. It worked until descaling time again and now only getting a half of a cup. Not sure why Keurig who was very respected several years ago has turned out such poor quality now..

Still not happy with the temp of the coffee. I got a replacement when the troubleshooter asked if the back of the machine was warm to the touch. This machine is also cold to the touch like my other machine. i’m sorry I donated my old machine. It was way hotter than this machine. and other machines of this style i have drank coffee from at different places I’ve been to are way hotter than mine

It’s a tragedy that so many of these plastic machines are ending up in landfills every year or so! My previous Keurig worked great for eleven years, this machine lasted 15 months. Like many other reviewers, I completed the descaling procedure according to the directions and then it never turned back on. The Keurig name no longer stands for quality and durability. Save your money and our planet.

This is the 3rd Keurig I have owned is less than 6 months. The 12 oz selection results in less than 4 oz and the grounds overflow in the top resulting in flowing into the coffee cup. I have tried several different pods to ensure it was not the pod causing the problem. This will be the last Keurig I own!

This replacement is perfect. Upon comparison, the first one must have had a defect in the lid/lifting mechanism that caused the handle to break. This replacement opens and closes smoothly and softly without grinding.
