I bought the Kodiak Blueberry Muffin Mix (it is not the one shown in the picture, as Target doesn’t sell the standalone Blueberry Mix) and I seriously LOVE IT! It’s a great snack for the calorie and carb amount. I add in pecans and fresh blueberry to also make this more feeling. Two muffins at work, and I’m completely full. I love the Blueberry muffin mix. I have not tried the blueberry lemon mix, but the I’ll try it next time.

I love the chocolate muffins so I decided to try these - horrible. The artificial smelling when you open the package is overwhelming. I decided to just try to bake them anyway, somehow they taste like nothing but still have that fake lemon smell. Really nasty.

These just did not taste good. Something with the lemon flavoring was really off-putting. 3 of us tried them and agreed they were were not appealing at all. Threw out the rest.

I did not have high expectations, as I hated the muffin cups. I have an egg allergy so I swapped the egg with applesauce. I also baked for an additional 3-5 minutes. They are not overly sweet and are just right with coffee. The blueberry and lemon are there and I think the applesauce added to the flavor. I would definitely buy this again

I should have read the reviews. The lemon is overpowering and artificial and yet somehow these are bland. Kids spit them out.

Actually, I purchased these around Christmas time, but just tried them this morning. They seem pretty healthy but personally, I thought they needed a bit more sugar/sweetness. I was disappointed that the blueberries seemed more prominent in the aroma than as an actual ingredient. There were flecks of blue in the batter, but otherwise they were barely noticeable.

Just opening the bag could give you a headache from the smell alone it’s a very artificial scent as well as flavor. The other Kodiak mixes aren’t bad but this one really misses the mark, no one in my family would eat it.

I could not eat these. Just the smell of them made me nauseous. They smelled and tasted like artificial lemon fragrance, not something you would want to eat. Disappointed as I do like other products from this brand.
