I love this mix. I use the Kodiak recipe for the chocolate quick bread instead of making it into muffins, and add lemon zest and lemon juice. I usually throw in about a tsp of baking soda as well to give it a bit more loft. It’s my absolute favorite and so easy to make!

I added my own frozen blueberries and they ended up tasting delicious! I expected them to be a little bit more on the dense side because they contain more protein than other processed foods but the taste was great and so easy to make! I liked that the instructions left room for you to have fun with it and add your own preferences as well! Will be buying again!

It’s actually really good. There arent any real blueberries so add a bunch of fresh ones and juice a whole lemon its perfect! If you’re getting them for protein snacks for all you gym rats, add a scoop of unflavored protein powder and it tastes literally the same.

I tried these for the first time yesterday and immediately added more to my subscription order. I added a TBSP of lemon peel and the juice from one lemon to give them more of a kick and tossed in a cup of blueberries. They are delicious!

I usually love Kodiak products but this one is a miss. No blueberry flavor (the “blueberry” is dried bits of berry) and the lemon flavor just tastes like citric acid. I ate one and tossed them. Don’t waste your $$!

Wow...this mix is terrible...muffins are extremely bland with paste like texture while chewing. Putting ground up blueberry dust in a muffin mix and calling it a "blueberry" muffin almost seems dishonest in advertising. Shame....other Kodiak products are great...they need to take this one back to the kitchen and try again.
