DO NOT BUY
I’m moving and bought these to transport clothes to the thrift store… literally EVERY SINGLE ONE broke. And not at the bottom.. at the top. The strings broke. The part of bag that held the strings broke. Mind you I didn’t overstuff the bags so there was NO reason for it to break. I ended up having to gather everything together and wrap the strings around the opening to close it. Literally never buying these again.

worst trash bags
these are hands down the worst trash bags I have ever used. the box says extra strong and durable, I strongly disagree. every bag I have used from this box has ripped, and I haven't filled it anywhere near capacity. half way through the box I tossed the rest after the bag I was removing from garbage bin ripped and as I was putting it into a new bag, that one ripped also. very disappointed. there was only about 10 gallons worth of trash in it, not even heavy stuff.

How is this product getting good reviews?
As soon as you open the box, the roll is essentially glued shut so when you pull off the first bag, it completely rips. On top of that, the bags aren’t easy to open. I don’t know if it’s static electricity or what but these bags are also incredibly difficult to get open. You can’t just shake them out, you have to physically separate the inside of the bag. Don’t cheap out, get Hefty!!

These are absolutely scented. Not sure if I got an incorrectly labeled package or what, but they have that distinct "trash bag floral" fragrance. As others mentioned, they are thin but I can't speak to the durability because the smell made me gag and I got rid of them.
