However, if using tap water, please be mindful that the unit may need to be cleaned more often due to mineral buildup. Terrible. It leaked,I got 2. Cleaned it once a week like I was told too and it leaked. Maybe it was from running it through the dishwasher, the parts, but waste of money. Other features were cool.

I have owned for almost 1 year. Easy to clean for the people posting pictures of how dirty is. Its because they dont clean it and they let it get moldy. I have mine without any mold or dirt!

This humidifier cannot be kept adequately clean. I cleaned it each time I was prompted to (programmed through the app) and still this is what it looked like between cleanings. I cannot risk circulating this mold and whatever else into my room.

I’ve always had a humidifier in the winter but still suffered from congestion and nosebleeds. I don’t know what is different about this one but it’s been the most comfortable furnace season we’ve had. It’s convenient to fill and I really like the app notifications. The nightlight is so cool, I’ll miss it in the off season.

It stopped working. It arrived last month and in use for 2 weeks or so. The machine doesn't recognize that there is water. We tried everything in the manual. When it was working, it provided good humidity for our open layout house, and it was very quiet. It is beautiful also. However, it shouldn't stop suddently after 2 weeks.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. As a possible quick fix, try pressing the spring of the water outlet valve under the water tank to see if it is stuck. First, empty the water from the base chamber, then fill the water tank with two-thirds of the water and place it back to check if it works normally. This thing sucks. It looks great, the app is easy but it does nothing. We’ve had this close to a month and when we start it, it starts around 25%. I’ve never seen it go over 35% humidity. I had it on all night last night and filled it this morning so it’s been on for about 20 hours straight and the humidity has only reached 22%, which I’m pretty sure is LOWER than it was when I turned it on. It’s in a small-medium size bedroom. Sadly I’m really disappointed in this because I was hoping the the sleek design, it would help the the dry air in the winter.

If water from the tank is draining, it indicates that moisture is being added to the air. LOVE the size, the heated or cool mist, variable heat for the warm mist, easy device interface, nice carry handle on the water tank, dual nosel let's you concentrate or diffuse the mist, the "lid" is large which make for easy cleaning inside the tank, can be remotely controlled in the app... (I have not yet used the essential oil tray) The negative- (why it's 4.5 instead of 5 stars) you MUST use the app to get the full adjustability of the settings. But USE THE APP. It's great to be able to adjust it remotely! If I forget to turn it off in the morning, I can log in to the app and turn it off. And I can save water during the day while I'm not home, but turn it on before I get home. (I haven't used the schedule feature yet.)

i really love this thing. i’ve had it about a week now and so far i have no complaints!! i was looking for a big humidifier for my room because i have such dry skin as soon as the seasons change even while living in the very humid state of florida. im so bad about remembering to refill my water tank and remembering to clean the humidifier and i love that this one lets you connect to an app that you can view and control the settings AND best of all it sends you notifications when you need to put more water in and when you need to clean it!!! i wish the nightlight was a little bit brighter but overall im very happy with this humidifier!!

It gets so dry here in winter that we absolutely have to use a humidifier. It does wonders for us plus my kids. We have one in all 3 of their bedrooms. Public that it is so quick and easy to refill, even the kids can easily do it. It's a great portable size. And I love the mist function too.
