Q: How many inches of microfiber Gripstrips this mop has? I have purchased two types of this same mops. One was very thin and the other was supposed to be industrial (thicker) which I found to be thin as well but much better than the household option.

A: Stand the mop up upside-down, meaning top of the handle on the floor. Move the mop head strips to one side. See the clear cylinder just under the mop head? Slide it down. Push the mop head out of the white prongs. Wash. Once the mop head is cleaned, push it back into the prong, and slide the cylinder over it. And your back in business!

Five years ago I bought one of these mops and loved it. I eventually had to replace it as the post rusted. Recently I bought the same mop but the head immediately broke loose. We tried to clamp it back and that didn’t work so we returned it and bought another. Same thing on the first use. Tried one more and same thing, first wring and it broke. Not trying a forth time.

Poor design, the handle bar you use to use the mop, scrape the floor through the mop head. There isn't anything protecting your floor from it scratching it. Terrible design
