Elf magic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter really enjoyed that the elf bought her a lite Brite and made such a cute little tree. I wish it came with a storage container for the lites but other than that it is great and easy to travel with it.

Ehh, it was entertaining for a night
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a fun little activity for my 9 year old daughter to do. It’s not really the kind of thing she wanted to play with after she initially made the elf picture but as you can see in the photos, you can create your own pictures too with the colored pieces and the blank white canvas when you’re done making the picture. It was pretty small and compact compared to the lite brite I had in the 90’s as a kid but also, it felt a bit more cheaply made than the one I had as a kid as well. Not sure if that’s good or bad but my old one was much sturdier and plugged into an outlet whereas this one seemed to be used more for a portable entertainment device that doesn’t require and electrical cord and to be attached to a wall. Overall it was simple and fun for her to do. It didn’t require hardly any assistance from me to setup as she was pretty capable on her own to do this. It’s not a hard thing to figure out and use for a kid. Just keep in mind like any lite brite, there are some super small pieces that could be a choking hazard for a very small child.

Wonderful Christmas activity with the family.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun activity to do with your kids. They love how it looks when it's done with the lights. You get more than one frame and it's easy to see where to place the pieces by color. It's packaging it's really cool for boy or girls as it has the elf which is in most household during the holidays. My kids love it.

A fun and easy to assemble activity for all ages
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not seen a Lite Brite in years and this brought so much joy to our family during the holidays. Just needed to install some AA batteries and it was ready to use. It’s a fun way for our kids to connect any play together. They loved the ELF on the shelf themed sheets. This has kept our kids imagination and creativity flowing. We put all the plastic pegs into a Tupperware container after they were done playing for easy storage. We would recommend this activity to other families.

Fun and festive classic toy!

I love detailed pictures so these were a little low-level for us but still super fun to make and display. Easy to store and will fit nicely in our Christmas totes to be brought out again next year.

Product is very light, no assembly is required, just put batteries on and start pocking the holes with the pegs!

This interactive activity toy allows children to create Elf on the Shelf themed light displays with ease. The kit comes with many different backgrounds to work with to allow children choice in their art. I suggest purchasing this toy if children participate in Elf on the Shelf. I gave this toy my kids as a gift from our personal elf. Lite-Brite is easy to use with very little frustration. Kid can easily follow the pattern and match the colors to the guide photo. Children with no risk of swallowing the pegs can do this completely on their own. It even turns off on its own if it is on too long to save battery and prevent any overheating. This is the perfect holiday gift to keep kids busy for hours.

Fun in theory!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun in theory! Lite Brite is such a part of my childhood but boy do they not make them like they used too. The lights aren’t very bright so the bulbs don’t shine very much. I’m pretty sure our fingers will never recover. We have legitimate bruises on the tips of our fingers from pushing the bulbs in. I’d pass on this one.

Great fun toy

This was delivered the night before our elf on the shelf made its appearance back at our house so we used it as a gift that the elf brought for the kids. They loved it and have played with it almost everyday since. It seems to be holding up week. The pictures that it came with are so cute.
