Burned hair fixer
Really like this product. Started getting small packets with my monthly hair touch up subscription. When I saw you could purchase a larger size I ordered it immediately. I recently burned my hair with my straightener and this hair mask was the perfect solution.

Hardly covered my gray hair at the roots
The picture says it all. I have dark brown thick hair, 50% gray. This hardly covered my grays after using all of the solution and leaving on for 10 minutes (maybe even slightly longer). I’ve also tried Madison Reed powder. That didn’t work either. This brand is not for me.

Missing product TWICE now
The product is good but twice now I have purchased this and the color is not inside the package. The developer, gloves, bowl, and applicator brush are there but the actual color is missing. I think people are stealing the color packet and using their own developer. That’s the only thing I can think because I can’t imagine a warehouse making the same mistake so often that I happened to receive two packages with the same issue on two separate occasions. Either way it’s extremely frustrating because I was coloring my hair for an event and had to scramble at the last minute to figure out a plan B.

NO COLOR
It's been two weeks since I colored t7my hair. I had to use two due to the length. The results are my grays are showing as if I never used the product. Hopefully, my hair won't fallout like the women before me. The reviews I read are from the regular Madison Reed box not the touch ups. I used the regular as well. I would've written this review on the regular box but it's not on this website. I purchased it in person.
