Does customer service exist?
Buyer beware, if there's a problem it's impossible to get it fixed. Worked good for a couple months. Occasionally the sprayer would get stuck, not to big of a deal. But now the hose ripped where it folds when you store it, so the sprayer works but cant use it to suck up any liquids. I've emailed and attempted to chat with the customer service. Absolutely no response from either. So much for the 1 year warranty.

Defective and impossibke to warranty
Ordered this and used it once before the fill tank cracked. I suspect there was already a small crack in it that I didn't notice at first and after removing the tank and replacing it about 3 time it just cracked all the way down the tank so that it doesn't hold any fluid now. Just outside 30-day return window. Ad says 1 year warranty, I've been fighting with them for TWO MONTHS now trying to get a replacement, and at this point they're not responding to my emails anymore. This is an absolute scam.

Cleaned my couch very well and left it smelling clean
We have three dogs, so as you can imagine our couch gets quite messy as they jump on it and occasionally food and other things get spilt. This cleaner drew up so much nasty gunk and left the couch visibly much cleaner!
