I haven't gotten to try the product yet, but absolutely do not order online. When I got it the sealing sticker was put on wrong, and the product was PREUSED!!!!!! Due to order issues in the past I always record opening up the box and the product.

Bought about 2 months ago. The package is cute and the cooling effect is great. But not for my skin type. I have combo skin with large nose pores. It didn’t smooth my pores and did not work well with my foundation. Not for me doesn’t mean it would work good for someone else with same skin type like mine.

I ordered the Milani Conceal and Perfect because popular items like this can be hard to find in stores. Unfortunately, the item arrived used, with the seal broken and a noticeable amount of product missing. This review is directed at Target, not the product itself. I’m extremely disappointed—how could this be shipped to me in such a condition?

Oh my word! I am so incredibly in love with this product! I am over 50 with dry skin and cannot afford to keep trying expensive products to give me the “blurred” effect that I have so longed for! I watched an influencer recommend this product along with the blurring powder and I immediately purchased it! I just can’t say enough about how incredible this works! The primer has a slight cooling effect when applied and has a tiny bit of tackiness on the skin after. This helps grip the makeup and blurs out my pores and fine lines. I really wanted to like this but...It does keep my makeup looking just like it was put on for a long day, unfortunately, that would be cakey and streaky. The same foundation I wear every day over another primer with no problem gripped to this too much and too quickly and couldn't be applied evenly. It did not blur pores or fine wrinkles at all. The first several uses it was weirdly dry and crumbly making it hard to use, after I got past the surface of the jar it got better. The bigger problem - I wish cosmetics companies would make ingredients labels more readable. These I eventually found hidden under the label. I tried to check them online before buying, on a little cell phone screen, with a website written so you can't do a search in page to easily check for specific allergens. It took me several days of increasingly irritated skin to revisit the website on a bigger screen and realize I shouldn't be touching it.
