Not much to say this is an emergency back-up phone service due to health issues. However, I am having an issue with my with main service which I believe is your 20GB plan I will be contacting customer service.

I like the service so far but the changeover from Consumer Cellular was extremely difficult…. Consumer Cellular Agent. was very helpful when I finally got to that person but both Mint and CC bounced me back and forth for several hours during the process which was frustrating. Gray skies cleared up… all good now.

It’s good service so far
I’ve traveled recently within the U.S.& the service has been great. Rarely have I gotten no service on my phone, the worst has been when I had 1 bar but that’s pretty much it.

Good support when activating phone. Bought service to see if better coverage than straight talk but was the same or less availability than what I have. Good value even though it test didn’t work out. Will honor contract on my end since not mints fault. Was worth trying.

There was a prob initially when I was sent the wrong sim card.You'd think the simple solution would've been to send me the right one, instead they refunded the years fee I paid, I had to wait days for the refund b4 I could sign up again. That was a minor irritant. However the biggie for me is I've been in a text thread w/ 26 sorority sisters for at least 10 years (w/ 2 other phone carriers), or I should say I was in it , bc Mint won't allow me to send texts to a group that large. Very disappointing!
