Our Lavender scented laundry detergent has long been prized for its original and clean floral scent. Such a pretty and reassuring herb! Effective yet gentle on clothes, our concentrated laundry soap really packs a punch when it comes to removing dirt and grime. Contains surfactants from plant-derived sources, dirt and stain-fighting enzymes, essential oils, other thoughtfully chosen ingredients and, of course, are always made with a cruelty-free formula. This biodegradable formula liquid detergent is HE compatible. Concentrated for 74 loads of laundry. Packaging contains recycled content. Bottle (less cap) is made with at least 30% post-consumer plastic. Also available in other garden-inspired scents and products such as body lotions, liquid hand soaps, candles, and so much more! Q: Can this be used on Tencel sheets? It's the only liquid detergent I can find that contains lipase and is almost ph neutral.

Terrible new scent
I am begging brands to STOP. CHANGING. SCENTS. Why on earth fix what isn’t broken? This smells disgustingly fake and cheap. If you’ve used it and liked the natural lavender scent, don’t bother wasting your money on this. It’s completely different and a waste of money.

The Mrs. Meyer’s Lavender Laundry Detergent is one of those products that combines effective cleaning power with a calming, spa-like scent. The lavender fragrance isn’t overpowering, but it lingers just enough to make laundry feel a little more special — which is a gift in itself when you’re doing 1–2 loads a day for seven people. This 64 oz bottle lasts us a bit longer than average because of its concentration — a smaller amount still does the job. It’s particularly good for regular clothing and linens. I use it more selectively on items like sheets, pajamas, and everyday clothes where I want that relaxing lavender scent to carry over. My daughter is especially fond of it, and I find it helpful in winding down at night when the bedding smells subtly floral. It doesn’t have the aggressive stain-fighting power of more industrial formulas, so I wouldn’t rely on it alone for muddy jeans or gym clothes. But paired with a booster, it works wonderfully. For a large household, it’s more of a specialty detergent — a treat for certain loads, rather than a workhorse. Still, its gentle formulation and comforting scent give it a regular place in our routine.

We’ve used this for years. It’s gentle on clothing, smells amazing, and does a good job cleaning. You can’t go back to the other mass market detergents after using this. The mainstream brands with their terrible gross scents and crap ingredients suck. Because this is so pricey now, wait for Target to have those ‘spend 50, get 15 dollar’ promotions now. At least now you can hit 50 bucks and the discount with only 3 bottles of detergent instead of 4. But please bring the fabric softener back to my store.

New scent is terrible!!
The new smell is awful! This used to smell like a wonderful lavender scent and now it smells like a dirty diaper. I will not buy this ever again unless they bring back the old formulation.

Clean and fresh
Excellent. Cleans well and smells fresh. Don't have to use alot. Love the way my sheets feel soft and clean after using, use with booster for added scent and follow up with the dryer sheets.

This used to be my favorite scent. Now it smells like chemicals and is so unpleasant. At first I thought there was lingering scent from another product but realized it’s the “lavender” that has gone bad.

I would love for it to be essential oils only no fragrances so it’s a hard pass for me. I feel like it’s misleading. Can you put essential oils only please!!
