This biodegradable formula liquid detergent is HE compatible. Concentrated for 64 loads of laundry. Packaging contains recycled content. New scent is awful to say the least. With zero labeling we thought there was a problem with our washing machine at first. Done with Mrs Meyers unless the old formula comes back.

PLEASE bring back the old scent! I hate strong smelling detergent and the new scent is beyond putrid. It doesn't smell anything like lavender- it smells like nasty fake chemicals. It literally smells like a urinal cake. Threw out the whole bottle and will NOT be purchasing this ever again. I am still trying to get the smell out of my washer.

Bought this as I haven't used it in a while. Unfortunately did 2 loads of laundry with it. It smelled so awful I threw out the bottle. Why would you get rid of the old lavender scent? The new lavender smells putrid!

I have used the lavender laundry soap for years, but something in the formula has changed and it now smells too strong and fake. The scent sticks to the clothes and smells like perfume, which is terrible. I will no longer be buying this product.

I came here to see if others were having the same sad problem I am. The new scent of the lavender laundry detergent is terrible! It smells like rancid, sour laundry. I was so shocked that I rewashed everything and dried everything extra long because I thought maybe I had left it in the washer for too long by accident. Nope. It's this terrible new fragrance. I even checked the second bottle I have on standby to see if maybe the one bottle was an anomaly. Sadly, they both smell awful. I've been using this exact product for years and years and absolutely loved it. I'm going to have to switch to a different brand after years of being a loyal customer.

Fake Lavender Smell is HORRIBLE! Like many others have said, I’ve been using Mrs. Myers for 10 or 15 years and have always liked the lavender detergent for my sensitive skin for underwear and sheets. I noticed the detergent is now much thinner than it used to be but the smell is very fake and perfume like others have said. Please consider returning to the original product or I’ll start looking for something else for next time. I hope the new product doesn’t affect my sensitive skin, which is why I’ve been using your product for so many years.

I have been using this detergent for years! The reason I love it is for the scent. The formula change was noticed immediately when I used my new bottle. It is awful! Please change back to your previous formula. It was delightful. I will be changing brands if the formula stays this way. I just can’t stand the smell now.

I’ve been using this product for years and so sad that it no longer smells the same. Why? I learned that the formula had changed ! Why change something when it words so well. Is it a money thing? If so, I think you are going to lose some valuable customers which would affect the profit also. All of us ‘lovers of Ms. Meyers’ love the idea of using a good, safe product and also experiencing the wonderful smell of the product. I’ve began looking into other natural products. Please reconsider to change back to what it was!
