Nail Tek Nail Repair Kit: Ethyl 2-Cyanoacrylate, 3 Pieces

Both my thumbnails cracked horizontally halfway down the nail. There was no way to cut them that far down. This product was very easy to use. It just takes a little time to fully dry.

This stuff is great! I have a nail that broke very far down. I put the resin underneath and above, and it has stayed secure. My nails are very long and typically, with normal nail glue, it would have certainly broken off by now. I love this stuff!

I think that there is a good amount of product in this kit. It contains resin, filler powder and a square file. The directions are easy to follow. It was easy to use and it worked well. It has a chemical scent, but it is not overpowering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really brittle nails so it’s a pain in the butt to let them grow. With this new Nailtek(which I received as a sample), I feel encouraged to let them grow. I had a crack and with the simple process of adding resin(which smells and feels like crazy glue), adding powder, then resin again and filing, my nail feels back to normal and I don’t have to worry about it getting yanked off by my hair or clothes. LOVE!

However, it is lacking in so many ways… I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT. The instructions are not clear at all. How long do you wait before painting first step before using dip? How long do you wait before doing it again? The buffer is severely weak and not strong enough to buff out the cakey mess you end up with.

Next, you sprinkle some of the filler powder overtop. You then re-apply the resin and finally just buff the surface until smooth. It is that simple to mend your broken nails. I usually follow with nail polish overtop, and your nails look good as new. I absolutely love this product and think it's a staple to always have on hand.
