You’ll find Recycling Bags on Nespresso.com directly to the right of your shopping bag summary in the check-out process or via this link. On the mobile app, they’re located under the “accessories” tab. Each recycling bag holds 200 OriginalLine/100 VertuoLine capsules. A UPS label is affixed to each bag. Once you fill the bag with used capsules, remove the silver foil strip and seal the bag. You may drop off the sealed bag to your nearest UPS location. Click here or call 800-742-5877 to find UPS drop-off locations in your area. The capsules will be shipped to our recycling partners. The aluminum will be sent to a local smelter and the coffee grounds will be used on their onsite composting ground.

A: Yes they are! And I send my pods in a Nespresso self addressed recycling bag that I order (free of charge) on Nespresso website. I easily drop mine off at a staples location. the drop off is also free

You may select from the permanent Nespresso coffee and Limited-Edition coffees that are offered throughout the year. A: No. You can only use Nespresso Vertuo pods.

A: Hello. Yes. use the same machine Vertuo Pop +. The pods of coffee will be what makes it Iced Coffee. When ordering the pods, look for the ones to claim iced coffee. Enjoy!

A: I cannot figure out how to move it - how do you do it on this model???

A: Thank you for your question. The water tank is on a swivel which can be adjusted to accommodate the space you are placing the VertuoPop+ machine into. The water tank can either be adjusted to be just behind the machine or to the left side.

The Nespresso Vertuo Pop Plus machines uses patented Centrifusion™ technology, an intelligent brewing system that allows the machine to recognize the capsules and create a perfect cup of coffee according to the specific parameters of each brew to gently and fully brew your capsules by spinning the capsules within the machine. When rotation of the capsule starts, a pressure is implied due to the centrifugal forces.

A: The Nespresso VertuoLine machines, including the Vertuo Pop+, are designed to brew capsules using our patented Centrifusion technology. Centrifusion is a word combining “Centrifugal” and “Infusion”, indicating that water is injected into the capsule and is infused with the ground coffee inside as the capsule spins. Vertuo’s innovative technology automatically adjusts to the perfect brew settings to offer a full range of coffee sizes. From large satisfying mugs to authentic espressos, each cup consistently delivers a smooth taste, full body and rich crema.

A: Capsules are required to operate Nespresso machines. We are aware that some companies are manufacturing capsules that appear to be compatible. We do not test the compatibility of competitors’ products with our machines; therefore we cannot comment on this. You may decide to use non-Nespresso capsules in your Nespresso machine. The use of capsules others than those of Nespresso doesn’t invalidate the warranty. However, we are glad to tell you about the perfect interaction between Nespresso capsules and Nespresso machines, which is the essence of our system.

A: We do not have refillable capsules to use in our Vertuo machine models. We specialize in specialty coffee grown by our farmers from all over the world. Each blend is created specifically to brew in our state-of-the-art Nespresso Vertuo machines. Each capsule has a barcode under the rim, which our Vertuo machines read, to know how much water to brew through our multiple different sized capsules. We do not have refillable capsules to use in our Nespresso machines.

A: Yes, all Nespresso Vertuo machines will make single and double espresso.

A: Thank you for your question. While the Vertuo Pop+ does not adjust in height, putting it on top of our capsule storage drawer or anything similar, will give you enough height.
