Q: I purchased this item because it stated a wide temperature range up to 450°F. However, I cannot set the temperature. How can I use it?

A: Unlike other machines, you have to select which type of cooking you want first (air fry, bake, roast, reheat, or dehydrate). Then you can adjust the temperature, and set the time. Mine only goes up to 400. Hope this helps. If not you may have a defective machine.

submitted byDrea - 3 months agoA: May sound odd, but check if you are using cooking spray. I found if you use a soybean based cooking spray it emits an odd smell. Took me a long time to figure it out. Canola oil based spray is ok.

A: It has a button for each of those..

TLDR: buy it! every one needs an air-frier.
Ive leanred how to cook absolutely EVERYTHING in here. weather its mini pizzas, chicken breast, pork chops, steak, fries, literally anything! cleaning is a breeze considering the baskets are non stick! another bonus: the dual baskets, you can cook your protein AND your side at the same time!!! i would recommend this to anyone.

Smaller baskets than I expected.
The baskets are small. I can probably get 4 chicken thighs in a basket and that’s tight. I suppose I can use the other side too. My Previous air fryer had a much bigger basket and could make enough food for 4 people. This one is for only 2 I believe. Aside from that it functions fine.
