Got this for making regular coffee hoping the over ice feature might also brew a good cup of iced coffee and I couldn't be more pleased. I use my own grounds to make a fresh brewed over ice coffee as good as any I've ever bought retail, at a fraction of the cost. Also, the machine couldn't be simpler to use.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. This didn’t even last a whole year! It blows up and leaves coffee grounds EVERYWHERE. I would never recommend this to anyone! Don’t waste your time or money!

The worst coffee maker I’ve ever had. It’s less than 4 months old and it continues to blow coffee and grounds out of the top when using a kurig cup. It makes a mess shooting it out under pressure and is hot making it a safety hazard for children being near it. I have descaled it several times with no improvement.

This machine made the most watery coffee ever! I reached out to Ninja and was told to just run it on a cleaning cycle and it still didn’t work. I was over it and decided to return it for a different machine. It is a beautiful design and I liked the frother attachment but it just wasn’t worth it.

Have had this coffee maker about 2 weeks now and am loving it. My previous K named coffee maker bit the dust and lately I've been buying other Ninja products and decided to give this one a go. Love that it already has the reusable grounds pod and kpod option. My daughter is very grateful that it has an over ice option! The built in frother is a good added bonus. Definitely more slim than previous coffee maker which is good. Overall it has been a great coffee maker so far.

I grew to love this coffee maker. It had no problem with pods and can do standard coffee grounds too. The frother worked very well to make whipped cream for a cappucino. But my biggest issue is that this think didn't make it past a year and a half. Now, it cannot draw in any water from the tank. It makes a bunch of sucking sounds and then spits out droplets. And there is nothing I can do, because warranty is only 1 year. Previously, all my other Ninja products would last multiple years without a problem. This is the first poorly made product I've come across - which is terrible, because I loved this thing. But the price, only lasting one year, just isn't worth it. I'd get something else.

I purchased thos a few months ago and first i was happy with it. Have 3 adults that drink coffee throughout the day. Wasnt wanting to go back to keurig as they go out in about a year. I used the reusable coffee pods but would leak with each use around the top near the frother. So have been using the basket. The issue is due to the water reservoir being in the back you, or i do anyway, push the coffee maker back on my counter. When you do this the excess coffee comes out of spicket and will burn the crap out of your hand. I have burnt myself 3 times and had welps. Because of this i do not recommend.

I've had this coffee pot for a year and a half and now when we go to make coffee the pods or grounds the machine acts like its going to brew our coffee and never does with multiple attempts. We have cleaned the machine and still have the same issue

I’ve had ninja coffee makers before this one is my favorite as a single serve. It brews both pods and grounds. My only reason for not leaving a five star review is the lid is a bit difficult to open. It almost lifts the whole machine when opening. But love it nonetheless the less!

I purchased this coffee maker from Target just a few days ago (6/17/25) and followed all setup instructions carefully, including the priming process. It brewed four cups successfully, but then suddenly stopped working. Now it won’t brew at all. When I try, it makes a loud grinding or straining noise, almost like it’s struggling to pull water from the reservoir. I’ve double-checked all the connections and components, but the issue continues. I’m extremely disappointed that a brand-new machine failed after just a few uses. I recorded a video of the issue that I wish I could upload here. It clearly shows the noise and the machine’s behavior, in case others are experiencing the same problem or for support reference.

I love all the features of this machine! The only thing it missing is to have a frother that heats up the milk. I keep my Keurig on just for that. Other than that I would totally do away with it and just keep my Ninja on my coffee bar!
