I liked the pod aspect, however, both pod and single coffee was extremely hot, had to allow 15 to 20 mins to cool down before taking a sip. The coffee brew seemed to be too burnt of a flavor versus using the pod.

I have had this coffee maker for 6 months. All was good until one morning all lights are flashing and beeping. Got out the book for troubleshooting and tried the declogging tool. This worked but only for the pods. My grounds did not work at all. The flashing and beeping continued. After doing the vinegar cleaning suggestion the problem still persisted. I called the number, they sent a new pod adapter, which was not what I needed. One more call and I got a new machine. We shall see if this one survives. I have a ninja air fryer and a blender with absolutely no problems with either.

Got this at Christmas and it worked fine but unfortunately now the reservoir leaks. Makes it very messy and not worth the hassle. Very disappointing to have a product last not even a year.

I love my ninja products but this is the most annoying 1 yet after I brew grind coffee bean and later want to use the k cups switch over it won't brew. I read you have to unplug it to rest it so it won't clean. Annoying because I want coffee now not every time I switch cups . Ninja you can do better instead of this annoying self clean figure.

The flavor of the coffee it brews is the best part about the machine. I like the functionality and sleek design. It looks nice on my counter. We also like the speciality brew option. But just after the 60 day return window passed it started leaking following each brew. I ran a clean cycle twice and it didn’t get any better. So we now have a leak catch cup we leave in place so coffee doesn’t splatter all over the counter and I’m shopping for another coffee maker.

Over the 1 1/2 years I've owned this I've experienced leaks which was resolved by not closing the lid? Why that helps I am clueless. But today it seems to be done deal & I can't brew any coffee. The lights are flashing & if it needs to be cleaned I can't because the buttons are now non working. I had high hopes for this coffee maker lasting a long time because it's supposed to be a good quality product. Guess that's not the case. Truly disappointed & kind of angry I didn't get more use out of it.

Got this for making regular coffee hoping the over ice feature might also brew a good cup of iced coffee and I couldn't be more pleased. I use my own grounds to make a fresh brewed over ice coffee as good as any I've ever bought retail, at a fraction of the cost. Also, the machine couldn't be simpler to use.

The worst coffee maker I’ve ever had. It’s less than 4 months old and it continues to blow coffee and grounds out of the top when using a kurig cup. It makes a mess shooting it out under pressure and is hot making it a safety hazard for children being near it. I have descaled it several times with no improvement.

This machine made the most watery coffee ever! I reached out to Ninja and was told to just run it on a cleaning cycle and it still didn’t work. I was over it and decided to return it for a different machine. It is a beautiful design and I liked the frother attachment but it just wasn’t worth it.
