Ninja Single-Serve Pods & Grounds Specialty Coffee Maker

Love it...get to enjoy fresh brewed coffee every cup!

I decided to switch brands after my last two more expensive pod coffee makers failed to last one year. So far, I have used the basket and pod attachment to brew cups but have not used the specialty option or the frothing attachment. Likes: The coffee is hot, but not too hot. The rich setting makes an intense cup of coffee. The ability to store either the basket or the pod attachment inside the unit, as well as the ability to store the scoop on the side of the unit. The ability to use the basket to brew up a cup of up to 24 ounces. The slim design and removable drip tray that minimizes its footprint on the countertop. The removable water reservoir enable an even smaller footprint. You can order replacement parts on the web site. Meh: Brewing speed is slower with this coffee maker than the other brand but not show stopping slow. No choices in hot coffee temperature although the coffee is hot enough, but not too hot. Verdict: Its a keeper.

I was so excited to receive this machine as a gift to replace my Keurig. Unfortunately, every cup of coffee I make, no matter what setting I try or how small the cup, my coffee always tastes watered down. I have tried grounds and I have used the Dark French Roast K cups that I’ve been using for years that with my Keurig always produced a nice, robust flavor and rich coffee, especially when using the “strong setting.” This machine does have a similar setting, however it does not offer different results at all. So bummed but glad I received this as a gift Since I would be very angry if I had spent money on it. That being said, the size is very nice.

I love this machine it's so easy to use although I haven't used the extra features yet such as the frother or the ground coffee capabilities. I like you can select a size and how strong you want it. Also I want to express the packaging was unlike anything I've ever seen such care was given

I bought this to replace my Keurig that died after a year. I like that it’s easy to clean and simple to use. It’s also a bit smaller than the Keurig and fits on my counter really nicely. As of right now, I’m happy with my purchase. Time will tell if this coffee maker will last.

Constant issues with this coffee maker using k cups…cleaning, descaling by the manual never seemed to resolve the issue.

This is a great coffeemaker, has a small footprint and I can try specialty coffee at home .

So far so good! Just unboxed; first cycle was little loud as expected. Second cycle was much quieter. Love the design of attachments, storage and scoop hook!!!!!

Love the built-in frother and the size of coffee maker takes up less space

Absolutely horrible! Never made it out of the first 90 days before it started messing up. Called support who wanted to charge me for a replacement part. Got the replacement part started messing up within a month. Save your money! It’s the worst ninja product ever purchased.

I returned mine , even after following instructions 4 days in my coffee tasted and smelled like plastic

We had a very simple single serve coffee maker that wore out. I wanted to upgrade but there are not a lot of choices out there. Did not want to use pods due to the waste, wanted to be able to use paper filters (not just metal mesh) and wanted to make extra large cups of coffee. I found this Ninja while shopping at Target and decided to try it. It is awesome!!! I LOVE this coffee maker! I ordered a little metal pod and mini paper filters, and it works like a charm. The coffee comes out faster, stronger and better than my old machine. I did not know what I was missing before. This is a very well thought out, modern machine! Lots of logical and useful features! I would buy it again in a heartbeat!!

Best coffee maker everrrrrr. I’ve had mine for almost 2 years and never any issues. It’s the best. Remember to clean your machine every now and then!!!

Fast, quiet, easy to use. Lot’s of options in a smaller package. Perfect for my kitchen counter.

The machine is very noisy. When you brew pods or grounds same noise. I thought there was something wrong with it because of the pause and noise. Once the brew was complete the coffee is good and hot.

Despite cleaning after every use, this machine clogs during the course of brewing from a K cup so much that it causes the lid to pop open. This causes hot water and coffee ground to shoot out of the K cup, all over the machine, you, and your kitchen. The first time this happened I thought it must have been a defective cup. Spent forever cleaning it out, unclogging everything, and running the 75 minute clean cycle. Got one successful cup later, then it happened again. One bad cup from a box of 60? Sure. Two? Nope. Even if it doesn't explode all over you, it does dump a lot of grounds into your coffee. On one event I watched it empty the entire contents of the K cup through the nozzle and into my coffee cup. I was thankful it didn't explode that time, but this still caused a huge cleanup anyway. I had this machine for exactly 31 days. I didn't curse under my breath at it for maybe 5 days in total. I cannot say this loud enough: buy at your own risk.
