    The iorn is great I'm a quilter and bag maker and this is my go to iorn my first one didn't heat up any more and they replaced it within a week at no charge it was still under warranty great product

    Pro plus Turquiose

    ProPlus

    I replaced my old Oliso with a new one because I loved the lift feature. While this story has a happy ending, I did get an iron that had a bouncing problem. Customer Service was FANTASTIC and after trying some troubleshooting, they replaced my new iron super quick. This new one (knock on wood) seems to be working.

    Replacement

    Oliso Pro Plus Butterscotch

    As a prolific sewist, I've purchased many irons. I like that the smart iron pops up when hand is removed when not pressing fabric. So far, Oliso Pro Plus is my preferred iron. I've purchased four Oliso. It's recommended to empty the water tank when not in use. If not, build up causes un needed problems.

    Doesn’t steam

    This is the 3rd Oliso iron I have had. First one last 5 years great iron. Second lasted 1 year. This is brand new and doesn’t steam. I am worried about there quality now.

    While the customer service is great, I am very disappointed that a $200 iron stopped working within 1 month of purchase, which says a lot since it’s not used everyday. The replacement is still sitting in the box unopened.
