Description

Cajun Shrimp is OPI's iconic spicy coral nail polish for a red that pops.

OPI Nail Lacquer is the nail polish that started it all–our award winning, vibrant formula that nails the salon look! Get salon‑quality color with rich pigmentation and a smooth, streak‑free finish.

How to Apply:
1. Prep nails for proper adhesion: push back cuticles, trim nails, file to shape, buff surface, and clean thoroughly with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol or N.A.S. 99 Cleansing Solution.
2. Shake all bottles well to mix pigments evenly.
3. Apply Natural Nail Base Coat: paint the edge of your nail first, then sweep a thin layer across the full nail. Let dry for 1-2 min.
4. Apply Nail Lacquer the same way: paint the edge first, then sweep a thin layer of color across the nail. Let dry 1-2 minutes. Repeat step for a second coat.
5. Finish with Top Coat: paint the edge first, then sweep a thin layer across the nail. Let dry 1-2 minutes.

    I bought A Rose at Dawn--great color. Fairly bright but not neon and wouldn't be completely out of place with red clothes. OPI goes on all right for the first coat or two, but after that it thickens up awfully fast. I like that they have a good variety of colors, but I wonder sometimes how long it sits around before it's sold, whether in the store or by ordering. Same is true of buying it from other retailers, not just Target.

    When will it dry down?

    Either it takes ages to dry or it doesn’t dry at all. What’s a girl gotta do nowadays to paint her nails? Isn’t just a nail polish bottle enough or should she get a uv lamp too?? The paint budged even if it’s been at least 30 mins of dry time. The first coat is so sheer and I guess that’s great for people who want that translucent effect. Except the brush applies so patchy bro! It doesn’t even look good sheer. So I went for another coat. And now it doesn’t even dry. For $12 you’d think this would be worth the money.
