Cured My Bad Breath!
I never feel compelled to write reviews for things, in fact I never do, but this is the exception! I received this water flosser as a gift about a year ago, and it has improved my oral health dramatically. Put on sensitive mode, and with the nozzle pushed down, I was able to easily remove all of my tonsil stones gently without any pain or blood. To my absolute horror, I had (at least) close to a thousand of them total! This has been the source of my bad breath for years, Q-tips and syringes do not work this well at removing them. I cannot recommend this product enough, if you have tonsils and bad breath. That being said, there is some maintenance needed to ensure this flosser doesn't grow mold, after every use I take out the water tank, and the nozzle and let them dry overnight! Easy trade off for such amazing results. P.S I also have had the Oral-B spin brush for years, these products are built to last, which is so rare now-a-days!

If I could give Oral-B electric toothbrushes zero stars, I would! We bought two brushes, and one of them stopped working within a month. We had to contact Oral-B for a refund, wait for a return label, and then send it back to them. I am still waiting on my refund, which has been a huge waste of time. Our other toothbrush stopped charging last night, so it lasted only 1.5 months. I contacted Oral-B again, and this is their response: "Our 60-day money-back guarantee is limited to one refund per name, household, or address. We can, however, assist with the process of sending the brush to one of our service centers to get it back in working order." So, we can't get a refund for our second toothbrush since their 60-day policy only allows for one return per address! This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! Two toothbrushes stopped charging within 1.5 month! I will never purchase from Oral-B again! Also, read reviews carefully! Most received it for free in exchange for a review!

Two of them broke within two years.
While it was working, it worked great, and the dentist complained less about my gums. Unfortunately, the first one I owned broke within the generous two year warranty period, and the service company kindly and promptly replaced it on warranty. This second one, after only a couple months, developed the bizarre behavior of turning itself on at random times of the day (requiring manual turn off). Finally, it turned itself on, and I could not turn it off (except by draining the battery). To quote my wife, "It went crazy." I gave it two stars for good design and functionality, but at the end of the day durability and longevity are important - subtracting three stars. I hope that Oral B can work the quality issues out.

Does what it is supposed to
Bought this flosser 2 months ago (July2024) it works great. Only issue that I have is that it creates a vacuum in the container as the water level goes down so I have to use a tool to open the refill door. Because of this vacuum I usually don't fill it up completely and I use it with the fill door open, using this way it increases the pressure of the water (and I think that makes the batteries last longer.) I recharge it every two weeks using it twice a day. I use it with the stronger setting. It works great. I water floss before I brush and you can see the debris that is being dislodged by the water.

Sucks Up Water Too Fast
My only concern with the flosser is that it doesnt gold water for long and you have to floss your teeth within 15 seconds otherwise you have to keep refilling it. It also doesnt charge within 14 hours like it says. Ive been charging it for over aday and it still isnt fully charged. Other than that, it seems to get all of the food out and I love that its gentle on the gums considering my gums get cut up easily from the strong jet of the waterpik flosser so theyre pretty sensitive

A great disappointment…forget about it!
I bought this product after using Waterpik water flossers with the expectation that Oral B would not have created this product unless it represented an improvement on the existing competition. I was completely mistaken. The unit is seriously underpowered to the point of being nearly worthless, and performs much less well than my old Waterpik in every way. I am going to return if I can and purchase a new Waterpik.

Seriously Flawed Product
Read through these reviews carefully. This is a seriously faulty product. It takes 24-30 hours to charge. And this is not just the first charge. The pressure is very low, as well. All of that may be manageable, but the door on the water chamber is attached by way of a very fragile hinge. And sure enough, after owning this thing for a little more than two months, it just broke off. I cannot believe this product is still on the market, to be honest.
