Q: Why does the turntable plate not interlock with the coupling? The plate fits loosely over the top, but the three glass nubs don't stick down far enough to mate with the metal shaft.

A: For proper ventilation, a minimum clearance of 3.0 inches (7.5cm) is required between the oven and any adjacent walls and right side must be open.

Contains mismatched parts, no way to get the right parts
The glass turntable plate does not slot into the turntable because it was shipped with the incorrect part. This renders the microwave unusable, and the model number does not exist on Panasonic's website and there is no way to contact their technical support. I would never buy another appliance from Panasonic

We love this upgraded Microwave!!
I recently purchased this Microwave oven to replace an older one that was going bad and already I have seen an incredible upgrade in experience. Heating up my lunch, Re-heating food or leftovers is so much improved. No cold spots or overcooked corners. My daughter made nachos last night and they were absolutely perfect! We are hooked and would strongly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great Microwave or an upgrade from an older model like we had.

I'm so glad the microwave I thought I wanted wasn't in stock at my local Target. Not wanting to go home empty handed, I purchased this one instead. I love it. It's lower wattage than my old microwave but heats up in less time and more evenly. It's also really quiet when it's running. Very easy to set up and use.

I really like this microwave. the auto cook feature works surprisingly well and the rotary dial is easy to use. had it for 3 months so far and no complaints.
