    Cracked, terrible customer service

    Part of the headboard arrived cracked, and the only thing customer service would do for us is give us $30 toward a new one. The customer service representative also told me it was past the 90 day return window, when he could clearly see on my account that I bought it less than 40 days ago. I would buy this item again, but not from Target!

    Stunning! Easy to put together. Only complaint would be the title is misleading because it's only a crib unless you purchase additional parts which are pricey. I was under the impression the toddler bed piece was included.

    Came exactly as expected. It was a bit complicated to put together because the instructions were all pictures so this isn’t for a beginner! Rating 4 stars because the wood came a bit scuffed up. It would have just been too difficult to return

    Beautiful crib

    This crib is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. It is a very heavy, sturdy crib. My only complaints are that it did crack in one spot, as I had read in many other reviews and the directions were slightly difficult. Other than that, it is beautiful and I hope it holds up so we can transition to her big girl bed eventually!
