I have used Desitin with both of my kids and it has relieved even some serious diaper rash and breakouts, especially as we transitioned my toddler into potty training. We keep one in each diaper bag in addition to our diaper caddies.

This does the job! Its thick and heavy - I use a spatula with it and its kinda hard to rinse/ wash from the spatula but thats because it has a high amount of zinc oxide and guess what, the high content makes the diaper rash dry and it goes away in ONE day!

This diaper cream is a lifesaver! Clears up redness fast and creates a great barrier to prevent irritation. Goes on smoothly, no strong scent, and works like magic overnight. A must-have in our diaper bag! It can stain clothing, however! Be aware when applying to a jumpy toddler, this stuff is hard to get out!

This is my go to diaper rash cream. I’m usually like to use more “natural” products on my kids but nothing works like this. It is very effective and any rash clears up in one use. The texture is thick and creamy. The only thing that I do not like about is the smell. It has a very strong and lingering smell and I have to really scrub my hands to get the smell off.

Great product! This product comes in an easy to use squeeze tube. The cream is thick but easy to spread. It is very effective at quickly easing any irritation that baby can have. A little bit of this cream goes a long way making it ver cost effective. It does however smell like a diaper cream.

When my son was born, I used this product for him for whole first year. When he has rash, I just use 1 or 2 days, rash has gone. This product don’t have too much scent. But color is white a little bit.

Desitin cream is a must-have in our diaper bag! Anytime my baby shows signs of redness or irritation, I apply a little Desitin and it clears up by the next diaper change. It creates a thick, protective barrier and really soothes the skin fast. I love that it works quickly and prevents the rash from coming back. We’ve tried a few other creams, but nothing works like Desitin — it's a total lifesaver!

Anytime I saw signs of redness in my baby’s bottom, I put this product on her. It worked right away! The redness would be gone by the next diaper change. There is no strong scent and the packaging is easy to open and close.

I really wanted to like Desitin because so many parents swear by it, and it does work well for diaper rash. But honestly, I just can’t get past the strong fishy smell. It’s overwhelming, and it lingers even after washing my hands. I wish it worked for us, but the scent is a dealbreaker.
