You can replace up to 1,800 standard 16.9-oz. plastic water bottles a year with Brita, so you can stay hydrated, save money and reduce plastic waste. With no presoak required, these Brita filters are quick and easy to install in a Brita filter water pitcher or dispenser. One water filter replacement lasts up to two months or 40 gallons. While our Standard filters don't claim to remove microplastics, our Elite pour-through, Elite faucet mount, and Hub systems are certified to reduce microplastics (defined by NSF/ANSI 401 as particles from 0.5 to 1 micron) as well as PFOA and PFOS. Why pay more for bottled (municipal) water?!
always dependable, affordable and saves time, money & environment. No more schlepping cases of disposable water bottles, just filter your home water that you're already paying for..at pennies per gallon. Plus, bottled water is filtered municipal water anyway..at a 300% premium! Convenient..for whom?

Easy to use. Hard to recycle
We love our Brita filters but what can we do with all the used ones while waiting to be accepted into the Terracycling program?? There don’t seem to be any drop off locations around Pittsburgh. Are we supposed to dispose of them in the trash or what?? I have a growing collection and can’t keep them forever. Please advise.

Had a Brita filter since the water department informed me that there was lead in our drinking water! That was 2019(?) I’ve used a brita filtered water pitcher ever since. It was easy to order and have it delivered. I did get the pipes changed in 2019.

The Britta, pitcher and dispenser filter are great. I love to filtrate my water through this so I have fresh water to drink that tastes great. It is so easy to assemble and put the filter in and it’s very easy to tell when you need to replace your filter.
