Very Moisturizing and Helps After Shaving!
The skin on my legs used to be very dry and irritated, especially after I shave. This moisturizing lotion is FANTASTIC and takes care of that issue immediately! I put it on right after I shave and whenever I need extra moisture. It seems to take about 10 minutes to fully sink it, but it's worth the wait for me.

imo the other reviews are a bit dramatic about the smell. is it great? no i feel like it smells like a hospital lotion. if you’re the demographic after this lotion - i don’t think you should be too worried about smell because you’re too dry to have that be your main concern when it truly isn’t that bad. anyways… just smell it be for you buy it. as for the lotion, i do like it but i feel like there are similar lotions at better price points. i am extremely dry and it does not work wonders - but it does rank top 5 in moisturizers i’ve tried. its just suchhh a small portion for $14 - i run out of it very quickly. i recommend but is recommend other products first

Smells Funny
I purchased a two pack of 16.9 oz Eucerin Intensive Repair Lotion from BJ's. Both bottles have a very odd smell. I have never experienced this and I stopped using the product.

Smell
I bought 2 bottles of intensive care formulas at the same time; at the same store. My bottle is fragrance free and my daughter’s smells oddly weird like a not too fresh cinnamon spice smell. This seems unusual. Looking got my receipt now to return it.

What's with the smell?
I've had lotion turn before because a few of the ingredients went rancid, but mineral oil shouldn't do that. Therefore it's some other ingredient. Maybe the preservative failed? I've had stearic acid go rancid in the bag, so perhaps it's one of the ingredients containing that. Eucerin needs to check on the quality assurance process their suppliers use, or their own quality checks because they are obviously doing something wrong. Could also be the breakdown of plastics in the container. Mine smelled sharply rancid and like melted plastic, so...? It is (or was) a good product, so I hope they fix the problem.

Stinks
I have always bought Eucerin. But this set that I have, the two bottle pack, stinks so badly that I smell like a dead animal after using. I went and bought another set thinking that it’s a one time thing with that set but lo and behold the second set was the same. What is going on with your formula? Someone .needs to investigate.

Horrible smell
I've used Eucerin for a long time, but the product is not consistent. It may be fragrance free, but this particular bottle smells so foul I cannot use it. Is it spoiled? Did the formula change? I had this happen once before a number of years ago, and went off Eucerin for a while then. I will not be buying it again until they convince me they can consistently produce a truly scent-free product.

Foul smell
I have been using Eucerine exclusively for over 21 years and never had a problem with it before, but this last batch has been horrible! The lotion has a really bad odor! Very dissatisfied and to make it even worse, I bought the two 16.9 ounce pack! Totally unacceptable!

Something has changed about this product. I’ve been using it for many years but the bottle I bought in Dec. 2024 has a very unpleasant smell to it. Very disappointing. I will be looking for another brand to switch to. Several reviews online have mentioned the same issue starting a few months ago, so I don’t think it’s just a bad bottle.

Great Product, But Recent Batches Have a Foul Odor
I used to swear by this lotion—and this review is not to say it isn't still effective—it's fantastic for winter and deeply moisturizing. However, my last two bottles had a slightly foul odor, which I've also seen mentioned in a few more recent online reviews, as well as heard from friends in person. The scent is off-putting enough that I can’t continue using it. I'm sharing this review to alert Eucerin, as this is otherwise an excellent product, and they might not be aware of the issue.
