ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NEW FORMULA
Horrible new formula! I have been a VERY happy and loyal customer of the lotus shampoo and conditioner line for YEARS. However, since they changed this formula it is utterly HORRIBLE. It makes my hair feel like DRY STRAW, tangled and zero volume. It also makes my scalp really itch!! Please bring back the original formula Loreal! I am no longer going to be buying this. You lost a loyal customer.

Horrific new formula- itchy scalp dry hair
I’ve used this line for years. They have changed the formulas in both the shampoo and conditioner. It is now a clear formula and smells horrible. It now causes a VERY itchy scalp and DRY HAIR! My hair tangles and feels like straw after using this line! I see MANY loyal users have also reacted to this new formula. L’Oréal take note and BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA. You are losing your loyal customers!!

The ingredients listed on this site are not the same as the list on the back of my recent purchase of the volumizing conditioner. It now smells like a mosquito candle due to the Citronellel. Smells bad and make me sick.

New formula is TERRIBLE
I used this shampoo for many years - WHY do companies ruin a great product by changing the formula? The old formula was great, the new one (lighter purple cap = new formula) is terrible. Now I have to hunt for something else that works the way the old formula did.

Bigger hair!
An affordable volume conditioner that works great. It leaves my hair more voluminous without drying it out like some volume ones do. It has a light pretty scent and doesn’t weigh my fine hair down.

They changed the formula drastically
I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for years, back when it was "rosemary" scented and then "lotus" scented and now seemingly unscented. I've stuck by the product even as the price had gone up and up. But the most recent change feels drastic... no longer is the shampoo a milky white, but clear. After washing and conditioning, my hair is more tangled and left feeling sticky and unclean AND it's been actively falling out. Horrific. I am done with L'Oreal.

How is it this bad?!
I enjoyed the strengthening line so decided to give the volume conditioner a try. It has a ton of slip when applied and dangerously coated the bottom of my shower. But then when I dried my hair, it felt coated in wax and I could barely get my fingers through my hair without snagging. My hair just hung like straw after drying without bounce. This is both too slippery and too drying or protein overload all at the same time. Worst conditioner I’ve ever used.

L’oréal, I will NEVER forgive you for changing the formula!!! 😭 This was my holy grail product for a couple years now. It’s terrible now, and makes my hair feel awful. I will never purchase again.
