A: Hi Mike, You Will Need 1 pkg. McCormick® Seasoning Mix 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey 1 can (14 ½ oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained or 2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce. 1 can (15 to 16 oz.) kidney or pinto beans, undrained Assorted Toppings: shredded cheese, chopped onions or sour cream Directions 1. BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. 2. STIR in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seasoning packet makes for an easy fall crockpot meal. I woke up and threw it in my crockpot with ground beef, corn, beans, chopped onions, garlic, canned tomatoes, and chopped green chiles. It's a good way to empty stuff from my cabinets and pantry, and come home to a nice hot meal. My kids and I put shredded cheddar, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips on top of it when we served it. I also had healthy leftovers for lunch at work the following two days. The chile could have been frozen, but it was all devoured. The seasoning packet is measured perfectly for a wonderful fall chile. I have never tried other chile seasonings, but have measured out my own from numerous bottles in my spice cabinet. This is much better tasting and so much easier. I will definitely stock up on a few packets of this seasoning to keep handy in my pantry. I think I will try it with other ingredients, like chicken or turkey for an even healthier meal. I will recommend this to friends and family. I received this product for no cost, to provide a review.

It was quick to whip up and the possibilities are endless! I served this in baked potatoe boats and let the kids add whatever toppings they liked. Shredded cheddar, sour cream, diced onions, tortilla chips, jalapeños and cilantro. Everybody is happy! This is definitely going into the dinner rotation. With McCormick chili seasoning, making the perfect chili is easy! I make mine in the slow cooker and it couldn't be any easier. I dump in the ingredients and add the seasoning packet and everything comes out perfect. The taste of this one is slightly spicy, so if you are sensitive to spice you may want mild. Personally, I love it! I like how this seasoning is made with clean, simple ingredients. No need to worry about what you are putting in your body. Overall, I'd recommend this seasoning!

We tried the chili seasoning mix but followed the directions on the package for the "Cincinnati Chili" version. I grew up near Cincy so I know how Cincinnati Chili should taste & this was definitely NOT it. It was kind of a let down since everyone was excited for the delicious Cincinnati flavor. With that said, My family did enjoy the chili. It was something different than what we were expecting.

I was so happy to receive this product because as a working mom I am always looking for new, quick and simple meal ideas. This seasoning packet was full of flavor, my whole family enjoyed. Whenever I make chili, I have a certain recipe I follow which consist of a lot of different seasoning and their measurements. I have never bought seasoning packets before. I am a little traditional when it comes to cooking and follow the recipes that I have picked from my family or something online which usually does not consist of seasoning packets. I decided to give McCormich Chili Seasoning Mix a go since and I was truly surprised. Although there was less heat in my chili, the flavors were ll there. I would give this another shot and just add a few more spices but overall I was impressed.
