Q: Hello, Can the measuring cup withstand boiling water? My current cup did not and when I used it in the dishwasher once, the markings started to come off. Thanks for your help.

Q: Can these OXO liquid measuring cups fit inside each other? Can the one cup fit into the two cup one?

Great for breast milk
Minus one star because it’s way overpriced but it does work great for measuring and pouring breast milk. I love being able to see the measurements from the top without having to pick up the measuring cup each time. Pour spout works great.

Just what I needed
I needed to replace my OXO 1 cup that I had had for many years. I just wish this one didn't have a red handle, I'm not a fan of red. My previous one had a black handle. This is otherwise perfect and I love that you can look down into the measuring cup to check what you are measuring!

The Liquid Measuring Cup I Reach For
I have use this measuring cup for about 4 years and I am surprised how much I like it. It just is a lot easier to look from the top to read the amounts. It is harder to wash with the ledge on the inside and I don't like to microwave it but if I am measuring for baking, I always reach for this first. I thought I wouldn't like that it is lightweight, but it doesn't make much of a difference. I also like the way it pours. It is much better than the pour I get from the glass measuring cups.

This is cheap plastic.
Any potential buyer should be aware that this is made out of cheap, brittle plastic. For $10 this should be made out of glass. I could crack this with my hand. Very very disappointed.

These are great measuring cups! I have the 1, 2, and 4 cup versions. It is so nice to be able to look from the top while pouring. The measuring on top do start to fade after a year or so of heavy use. But hand washing does help make them last longer with less fading.

Favorite Cooking Aid
I use the one cup measuring cup daily. It is so easy to use. I just pour to the proper measurement---no more holding up to see if I am at the correct line. It is the only cup I use for liquid measure. Ordering 5 was a no brainer since I will use them for hostess gifts! Anyone would enjoy using this handy kitchen product.

A little expensive. Easy to use/read. I love everything from OXO, they are quality. We choose to wash these by hand, ensuring an even longer life for the outer numbers and the bottom decals.

Great little cup
I first bought the 4 cup model because it was the only one I could find that was light weight and microwave safe. I have been through 2 others in the last year that cracked so I was willing to spend a bit more for these. LOVE them and will be getting the 2 cup to go with them, yes I cook that much. Worth it to have good equipment. I also like that I can see the measurements from above, though the ridge in the cup makes it more difficult to stir things in there

Ultimate measure!
This is the brand/style to get if like me, you're tired of holding the measuring cup in the air, hoping it's level. Just leave this cup on the counter and pour, the measurments are angeled inside so you'll instead be looking down at the desired amounts......so easy, no balancing, no errors. Wish I would have thought of this. Slightly expensive, however it's well worth it!!!!
