OXO 9" Tongs with Nylon Head

Don’t confuse these with the OXO Good Grips tongs like I did. I was trying to replace an old pair that I really did like and got these by mistake. These are a different line of OXO called Soft Works. They are clearly a lesser line. They do not grip as well, have plastic at the top, and the metal is a lesser quality and is sharp. Also, the rubber on the side does not have an indentation, which is nice for gripping. The plastic also started to melt off on these after two uses.

This is my favourite tongs. Really useful if you are cooking a lot . Very easy to clean it . I have had it since a year still looks like new. I would definitely recommend it.

I Love My Tongs, I use rhem for my Ribs, rhey are very strong and durable, they grab the meat and I am able to flip it with ease. They are designed to lift large foods, and even the smallest foods. My granddaughters use them to grab their nuggets from the air fryer. And if u need two hands to flip food, they lock to hold the food so it doesnt slip. Plus you can hang them by the lock ring..I give them a 10/10 oh olus, rhey are easy to clean, and dishwasher safe.

So good, I use these in the kitchen every single day, so many uses and haven’t burnt my hands since, super easy to clean and bare wonderful to hold and use safely

These OXO 9-inch tongs are an absolute kitchen essential! The nylon heads are super gentle on my nonstick pans, and the grip feels very comfortable and secure in my hand. I love the locking mechanism—it makes storage so easy. They’re the perfect length for flipping food without getting too close to the heat, and they feel really sturdy, not flimsy at all. Quality tongs at a decent price. Not made out of cheap material that will get ruined quickly

I've been wanting this style tongs and finally got around to looking. These are a nice size. I mainly want them for using with salad. I like the lock, which is easy to use, so it won't take up excess space in the drawer.

These tongs are my go to cooking utensil! I love them! I use them for flipping tortillas, bacon, sausage and more. They are perfect for cooking pasta too. I love that they don’t scratch my pots and pans and can be used with heat. I use they pretty much everyday and they are still in great condition. I highly recommend these. I myself will soon be buying another pair, most likely the 12” because it would be nice for them to be a little longer.

Love these oxo tongs. I like that they are metal But have the oxo grip on the handles.l, and tong ends. It keeps the handles from slipping, makes them comfortable, and keeps them from getting hot. It keeps the food from sticking to the ends. These works great and are durable and last a while!

I have the Caraway Home Ceramic Pots and pans and these tongs are perfect for pairing with those. I use these tongs every single time I’m cooking! I love the nylon tips.

We have had these tongs for years and they’re still in great shape! We use them literally daily when cooking/baking. They’re easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The grip works very well

Fine tongs, but the plunger on the bottom to release/open the tongs is very flimsy. The tong also don’t have a rest on them so you can’t set them down on the counter. I have a pair of farberware tongs that are more sturdy, have a rest, and have a softer silicon head that are much easier to use, especially one handed.

I like how easy it is to lock and unlock these tongs. So much easier than any other brand I have used. The grip is also great, and it is easy to pick up heavier foods like raw meats

Good overall for non-stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tongs are very light weight and yet durable. They are easy to grip and they hold tight to whatever you are gripping with them. They close easy with the little clip and stay closed. They do not easily slip open but stay closed. I like the black and silver color. It makes them look classy.
