cartridges were open / used empty
I am so disappointed, I needed the cartridges very urgently bought them in the store, came home opend the box and the cartridges were in a cut open bag, each of them (4 total ) and there were old used ones. It looks like somebody took the new ones and replaced the old ones, really come on ?? called the store and they stated that yeah, you be surprised what people do .. the associate stated, to go back to the store, make photos for evidence and they should replace or refund you. I really hope that do because I just spend 69 USD on those. And the worst thing is I have no cartridges and no time to go back today .....really this never happened to me.
