Directions • Adults and children 6 years & older: Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. • Vigorously swish 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. • Do not swallow the rinse. • Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. • Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). • Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision • Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor.Other information

These rinses can contribute to temporary, surface-level brown tooth discoloration. This tooth discoloration is actually a sign your mouthwash is working. After it kills germs in your mouth, the dead germs can collect on the tooth surface and create the appearance of a brown stain. Brown discoloration is reversible and preventable. To help aid in the removal of tooth surface stain, we recommend a tartar-control/whitening toothpaste, a power toothbrush, floss, and regular dental visits. I bought this online and took a chance with it. I've actually been using another brand for years that I love and it's become super difficult to find anymore which is why I tried this one. I went solely off the reviews. It's not awful, but I was NOT super satisfied with the taste. So I went out of my way to buy the brand I've been buying - I just had to drive to a store near me to pick it up which was a bit of a hassle. I won't be buying this one anymore, unfortunately. I wish I could give it rave reviews, but not the case.

Great mouth wash, always leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean. It gets rid of all the plaque buildup and keeps me going the rest of the day. I always feel super fresh and minty afterwards.

Used this when I had a mouth ulcer and it helped made the sting of them ease up. Made my mouth feel fresh and clean as well. Definitely would use again when having mouth ulcers.

This works really well. If you need to rinse your mouth this works best and you get the cleanest, freshest breath. I would Recommend this one to anybody looking for mouth wash. It’s not as strong as other brands and gets the job done.

This is my all time favourite mouthwash. The flavour is so great and fresh and the freshness lasts for a long time. Does not give the horrible burning feeling like other mouthwashes. Can often find it on sale which is a plus!

This mouthwash tastes so fresh and delivers such a fresh deep clean , effective feeling of cleanliness. It helps loosens plaque that brushing and flossing wouldn't remove. The price is a little more than I would more than I would typically spend . Totally worth the dental visits that I get glowing results and feedback where my gums are not swollen or red or bleeding from plaque or dbuilt up debris or calculus.

I love that it’s alcohol-free—no burning sensation at all, just a cool, refreshing mint that makes my mouth feel super clean. It leaves my breath fresh for hours and gives me that just-left-the-dentist feeling every time I use it. What really sets this mouthwash apart is how gentle it is, even with its strong antibacterial power. It fights plaque and strengthens enamel thanks to the added fluoride, and you can actually feel the difference after using it consistently. That said, I did notice some very mild staining on my teeth after a few weeks. I looked it up and found out it’s a known side effect from one of the ingredients (CPC), and it’s pretty rare—but something to be aware of. Regular brushing and whitening toothpaste helped clear it up for me. Also, the texture can foam a little more than other rinses, which might feel strange at first but doesn’t bother me anymore. Overall, I’d say this is a great choice if you want a deep clean without the harsh burn of alcohol-based rinses. Just keep an eye out for staining if you’re sensitive to that.
