Thin & "Sharp" Feeling

I accidentally purchased this version and it’s certainly not comparable to the more expensive versions. This satin floss feels like sharp rope! I tried to get used to it but it’s just too painful.

Oral B changed their floss recently and the new version is horrible. It's super thin, even thinner than the usual glide floss. This new version shreds easier and is overall poor quality. I am searching high and low for their old version.

Check the packaging. Which is it, tape or floss? I received floss when I expected tape. I do like it better than the “Oral-B Advanced” that I have been using. Otherwise I would have rated it 1 star.
