To replace the batteries, the device must be taken apart by a trained person and should not be attempted by a consumer. does nothing

Bought this for my teen son and it didn't shave anything on his face. He was super disappointed that he still had his 'stache. I tried it on my arm hair and also nothing. would not recommend.

Worthless

I would rather use a rusted blade in the target dumpster compared to this thing. Don't waste your money. Cut my face and neck in 4 spots.

Terrible shaver

Very disappointed with this shaver. Does not work well. Only good thing about this shaver is the line up tool. Rest of the shaver doesn’t cut the hair very well, even after changing direction and even adding water.

Horrible

Worst electric razor I have ever used in 35 years of shaving. Still misses hairs even after 7 or 8 passes. And don't try the 60 day money back guarantee, the qualifications are impossible to meet. Tossed it in trash and buying some else.

Ineffective and time consuming

Barely does any shaving. Exfoliated beforehand, tried dry, wet, all different directions, circular motions, different amounts of pressure, washing the head of any excess shaving cream and hair, on different lengths of hair, etc. Eventually after what felt like at least 20 minutes I got most of the hair on my face but I was left with patches of hair on my face and neck that i had to remove with my safety razor. The only saving grace is the popup trimmer on the back which can remove hair faster at the risk of nicking yourself if you’re not careful. would only recommend using it to shorten the length of thick patches of hair then cleanly removing the rest with a cartridge razor or safety razor. But at that point you should instead buy an electric hair trimmer.

The price $60 plus is really expensive for this type of shaver sure there is something called the babybliss pro uvfoil double head but that's another level at $200 plus

Doesn't shave

Somehow Braun has designed a razor that doesn't shave. I ran it over my face 50 times and it doesn't cut anything. Useless paperweight.

We realize that facial hair can be as tough as copper wire, so we crafted this shaver to remove that hair and deliver an exceptional smooth shaving session. We're sorry to hear about this, but know this isn't what we expect with our safety checks. While we're sure your son knows this already, for the best results with this shaver, we suggest he shave on dry skin, hold the shaver at a right angle, taut the skin, and shave against the grain making sure not to apply too much pressure. This should lead to smooth results, and not hurt, but please keep in mind that it may take awhile for his skin to adjust to this new shaver.
